I walked up the street next to Lord Baltimore hotel and saw that there was a cab available. I walked up to the cab since i didnt have to call one and the driver seemed polite at first. But he had no clue on how to get me to my destination. I decided to help him get me there with my gps. Knowing that the ride was 40 dollars I was cool with it but he charges me an extra 10 dollars because the ride was 16 miles long. He didnt even have his meter running and that was all the money I had. He wears all white with some sort of Muslim headress on. He was rude and impolite and rushed off.
The cab drivers parked in the middle of the street and my wife had to leave and go to work and will my wife accident move he cussed my wife out and then threatened me in front of my daughter. Then when I try to put in a complaint with arrow cab about the driver they gave me the runaround.
Ever since the new owners took over this cab company they are more responsive to the customers needs. I have used this cab company many times while I have traveled into Baltimore City for business. I would highly recomend this company and the drivers I have used.
Worst Service ever; CANNOT believe I used YP to find such a bad cab. Awful! Called them 4.5 hours early for a 10 PM pick up. They showed up 32 minutes late and claim that they can never guarantee a time! Not only were they rude when I called 3 times, but were rude when they said the cab was there and I corrected them that it had not yet arrived. I will NEVER use them again.
DON'T DO IT. They are horrible employees. I called them several times to confirm my pickup and the third time I called the lady informed me she had yet to call a driver for me (after she had assured me twice they he was 5-10 mins away). Then, i proceeeded to call their supervisor who was so incredibly unhelpful. I was upset because I sought to get to my bus early and instead realized I now had 20 minutes to get there and not miss my bus! When I informed the supervisor of this he had nothing to say and would not reimburse me if i missed my bus (even though it was their fault). I asked if he would reimburse someone who missed a plane because of them and he replied no, then he proceeded to yell at me and insult me for implying that it was all their fault. Never again.
I will never call this cab company again for service. The cabs were very dirty. It took for ever to get the cab to pick me up going in both directions. on this day that I called this cab company, we were in a heat advisery and the cab driver would not put the air on. It was hotter in the cab then it was out side cause we had to sit in traffic with no air.
