Horrible experience, unprofessional staff . The Office Manager, Lisa, is very rude and disrespectful to the customer. Their solutions to problems is to blame the customer and discontinue the transportation ride for the customer. Would never recommend this service to anyone . You need more than a new van for your company to succeed. You need employees that have ethnics.
The cook do not wash hands, they steal ppl money, they are dirty. Ate from there once n had food poisoning. Neva ate there again.
ALL PARTY BUS AND LIMO BUS AFFILIATES BEWARE: Get your contract in writing from Jeff and Ken, and make sure Their Clients have listed company on the credit card approval form. Our company accepted a Farm in Run from this BROKER in October and we just got our credit card charge, charged back. Jeff and Ken run a nationwide bus BROKERING rental website.With us, they charged their customer a deposit of $750 then charged them $1,500 3 weeks later, after telling us to charge them the $1,500. Then 90 days later we got charged back. Their customer called them about being double charged and Jeff and Ken did not return their calls or emails.I have been trying for 5 days to get my $1,500 back with no luck. Everyday I get voicemail or promises to check with an accounting department that doest exist. Its a 2 man show Jeff and Ken. If they get back to me I will amend this review but until then.

I've used them to ship items by air to Nigeria and found they are very reliable and attentive to detail. A huge benefit is that they clear customs for you and will either deliver your goods to the customers door (at least in the Lagos area) or the customer can pick up at their warehouse near the Lagos airport. --Doyle
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is the worst service company that I have dealt with in my years of practice. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go with a different company even if they are more money. I made the mistake of hiring them and it is has been the biggest frustration in dealing with them. They never provided the proof of service that I need for my hearing and I have to appear again to get a continuance. This is costing my client more money than necessary and myself more work in trying to get a document that they should have provided since day 1. The customer service has been horrible. The manager George I have spoken to on several occasions. One conversation I called at 6:30pm and he answered. I asked for a copy of the proof of service and he told me he could not help me. He was eating dinner and they were open but could not provide that to me. I told him his hours online list 8am to 10pm and he said they were open but only for questions. WTH?! then I called the very next morning to get my proof of service and I called at 10:30AM. He answered again and said sorry they were not open. I said I thought you open at 8 and he said yes but they are not open yet because his staff is late. I could go on and on about the problems with this company but you get the point. Since legal services are very important for your case make sure you hire a company you can trust and is dependable and this company is not that!
Don't bother, they do not have a clue to what they are doing, a job was sent to them and it took them over a month to get the return to me and to top it off it was served incorrectly
