I was in a bind with having someone care for my father in-law and Melody saved the day. With only two days notice (both times) she made the accommodations to have someone there to care for him. The caregiver that they sent (Mr. Johnson) was not only on time, but was excellent to my father in law. I would highly recommend this company!

Total employees have worked with me to deliver the care I needed. There are multiple providers and staff that really go above and beyond to help patients out.
The cook do not wash hands, they steal ppl money, they are dirty. Ate from there once n had food poisoning. Neva ate there again.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is the worst service company that I have dealt with in my years of practice. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go with a different company even if they are more money. I made the mistake of hiring them and it is has been the biggest frustration in dealing with them. They never provided the proof of service that I need for my hearing and I have to appear again to get a continuance. This is costing my client more money than necessary and myself more work in trying to get a document that they should have provided since day 1. The customer service has been horrible. The manager George I have spoken to on several occasions. One conversation I called at 6:30pm and he answered. I asked for a copy of the proof of service and he told me he could not help me. He was eating dinner and they were open but could not provide that to me. I told him his hours online list 8am to 10pm and he said they were open but only for questions. WTH?! then I called the very next morning to get my proof of service and I called at 10:30AM. He answered again and said sorry they were not open. I said I thought you open at 8 and he said yes but they are not open yet because his staff is late. I could go on and on about the problems with this company but you get the point. Since legal services are very important for your case make sure you hire a company you can trust and is dependable and this company is not that!
One of the worst nursing homes in MD. Left snacks for my mom and they would not even give it to her. Morning shift is fine but evening shift comes in and it's like night and day. Evening shift is rude and will not do anything for the resident unless family complains to someone of authority and even then you only get what you need just for that time. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
Don't bother, they do not have a clue to what they are doing, a job was sent to them and it took them over a month to get the return to me and to top it off it was served incorrectly
