Cab #305 Maryland License plate 431 26B tried charge me $20 to go from Fells Point to Inner Harbor, which is maximum $10 ride. She would not turn on meter and told me rates were higher because of snow. After picking up her father, who brought two coffees, she told me to get out when I told her that was unethical to price gouge.When I got to work, I called the company, and the dispatcher said he was sorry and would take care of it. While, I greatly appreciate the dispatcher's attention. I have found cabs in Baltimore (in general) to be bad. So, most days I take Uber. Drivers are friendly; cars are clean; and fares are lower; and there is never a dispute about price or the use of credit cards.
My 4 year old grandson and I were just rudely asked to get out of cab 50 in Baltimore Md. After running the curb he threatenrd me and said hes gonna make sure I dont get another Diamond cab. No thank you, I'll call Uber. Not my fault he doesn't know his left from his right. He was mad because I wasnt letting him take me the scenic route for a 10 minute ride. This is not my 4 star rating for some reason I couln"t give it a 1 star. Just disgusting!!!!
I was in a cab and I told the driver I wanted to go a certain way. He got mad and he called me a Bitch. He not only turned down the street I told him not to, but almost slammed in to a parked car. He proceeded on yelling at me. I called the company while all this was taking place. He then put the car in reverse and accelerated to about 60 mph down a long alley almost smashing into on going traffic still screaming and yelling at me. He put his foot on the brake making me almost hit the seat in front of me. And while everything was going on the company was on the phone not trying to defuse anything that this man was doing. He proceeded on driving fast around 2 corners and pressed the door open button and my door opened as he was continuing to drive. And I almost fell out braking my nails I had just paid $75 for. I got to my destination and just was really upset. Because no one from the company asked me was I ok or don't oh due to the drivers risks and safety hazards he just put me through. They just told me they were really busy and to call another time. They hung up on me. I am thinking about calling the Better business Bureau on this company. This man really endangered not only my life but also my fiancés life as well. He could have killed us. This was very unprofessional and rude. And as well as dangerous. I have a heart condition and did not need this extra stress.
Took a ride from work to home that costs me no more than $12. Yet tonight with no traffic & clear weather it cost me $21.40. Price gauge. Obviously the meter must have been tampered with for the huge difference. Won't be taking them again.
Yesterday 12/18/2016I walked up the street next to Lord Baltimore hotel and saw that there was a cab available. I walked up to the cab since i didnt have to call one and the driver seemed polite at first. But he had no clue on how to get me to my destination. I decided to help him get me there with my gps. Knowing that the ride was 40 dollars I was cool with it but he charges me an extra 10 dollars because the ride was 16 miles long. He didnt even have his meter running and that was all the money I had. He wears all white with some sort of Muslim headress on. He was rude and impolite and rushed off.
My first experience with the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cab driver was very friendly, and to was very knowledgeable about the city's history .Told us of some of the places we should visit while here in charm city. We carried on good conversations. He was a delite.we would recommend to anybody who needs a taxi to call downtown taxi
This business would not even get a 1 star from but since I can't leave a -1 star. My daughter called for a sedan to pick her and my grandsons up. They gave her a time of 15-20 minutes for a pick up. She called around 9 o'clock pm. They NEVER showed up. In fact they say they are opened 24 hours but when we called back just after 10pm the phone ranged and then went to voice mail and the voice mail stated that it was closed. This company won't be getting any more calls for a pick up. They lost a customer and I will not refer them to anyone.
I was told to contact taxi affliction services by a dispatcher for Acounty Sedan when I asked to speak with a supervisor. On May 1, 2016 I called (443-575-4110)County Cab at 5:12 pm and my cab never arrived nor did a dispatcher communicate that a cab wasnt going to come. I was only going to Walmart and not to work so I just said forget it. On May 2,2016 I called (443-679-1425) Acounty sedan at 7:44 am. I spoke with a very nonchalant and unhelpful dispatcher who directed me here after I waited for a hour and I kept calling back inquiring about a driver. Around 9:11 am someone made the first attempt to call me back and let me know they were still trying to get a driver, but I denied the service because the wait time was unpredictable and I was supposed to be at work by 9:00 am. Also I was given a flat rate of 28 dollars to my destination last week and this week to the same exact destination I was told it would be 32 dollars.

The cab drivers parked in the middle of the street and my wife had to leave and go to work and will my wife accident move he cussed my wife out and then threatened me in front of my daughter. Then when I try to put in a complaint with arrow cab about the driver they gave me the runaround.
