Booked this service with the promise of a rear facing infant car seat, the driver showed up with out the promised car seat making us late to our event. He suggested my sister in law just hold the 9 month old baby in her lap! Spoke with company day of was told they don't provide that service even though it was listed on their website.. Tried to get some sort of refund was given nothing back, dealt with nothing but excuses. Don't recommend this company. Ended up spending hundreds more in the end to keep our room & Dj/photographer for the extended time we needed after being made late. Have proof of receipts & proof that their website offered car seats but apparently that isn't enough to deserve a refund! Never again!

Called for a cab on 5/1/16 to go to Walmart.A cab never showed up and dispatch person never communicated back to me. 5/2/16 I called for another cab but this time I called back every few minutes. The dispatch was very nonchalant and unhelpful. I finally asked for a supervisor and she told me to go on Taxi affliction services. Not fast or dependable. If going to work or someone important Acounty Sedan is not reliable. Its 9:00 am and I been calling since 7:44am.
Nobody ever answers the phone or the line stays busy one driver even tried to get over on me they want to charge $9 just to get in n and extra $2 but they take forever to come whenever they decide to show up
They charge to much money, $9 to get in and $2 a mile, when other charge $5 and $1 a mile. They will take you the long route if you don't say anything. Will sometimes gave other people in the car with them...that is unprofessional.
Called the day before to set up a pick up the next morning. I told the person on the phone that I needed to catch a bus. I receive a phone call the next morning 1 minute before the pick up time and I am told that there are currently no taxi cabs on the way to pick me up. I inform the gentleman (different than the day before) that I have to catch a bus, so I would like an ETA on the cab. He says he can't give me on but he would call me when a cab was on the way. Ten minutes after my original pick up time I am told that the cab will be there in "uhhh 15 or actually maybe 20 minutes or so." Seeing as how that is at the very least 25 minutes after my pick up time (and after the bus has come and gone) I tell them to just cancel the pick up. I received no apology and no consideration for my time, I really need a good taxi service for this area as the two I have tried so far are terrible!
I hired this company to take a group of us to Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland to see Zac Brown Band. We had a blast!!!! Wonderful service - doors opened, dropped off at the entrance, everything was on time, great rates, completely professional and even our photographer!!!! Can't forget to mention the A/C at all times when we needed to be cooled off! More than what we had expected!!! We definitely didn't expect as much as we did ~ You went WELL above and beyond!!!! Since I work about 20 miles from home - and I work odd hours, I'm not too thrilled to get either a "busy" signal or no answer at all when I'm requesting Sedan Service from a 24-hour facility. I become turned off immediately, especially knowing the business from the inside as I used to drive cabs myself.
