I am a FREQUENT customer here. Come to the store almost EVERYDAY if not every other day lol... anyways I didn't want to go into the actual store because I had a stroller and yes you guessed right there's no access for such or no handicap access which I believe is against all MD codes and rules! Nevertheless, I opened the door in the clerk wasn't there, but he must've heard the indication of the door open with the bell. I asked him me being a FREQUENT SHOPPER if he could get my usual for me in gave him exact change! The product that he gave me was STALE!!!! Ripping everywhere and everything! Once I finished my errand in headed back to the store to return lord in behold the clerk told me he couldn't or WOULDN'T take back the stale product because it was OPENED!!!! What a JOKE!!! What do you mean because it was opened you know your product and I just left from here! Oh in they DON'T provide receipts either or "he" don't provide receipts! Never seen such! NEVERTHELESS, I am HIGHLY IRRIATED AND DISAPPOINTED to say the least which the lack of customer service and professlionasm! He won't return this stale bs because I opened it! How else would I have known it was stale not to mention I trusted your WORD in the fact that you picked the pack this time!!! You are the worker not me ��������������������. I'll NEVER come back AGAIN!!!!
I had a problem with my dryer. So I called Dave D's Appliance Repair. Dave came out the same day to repair. He had the part on his truck. He was very friendly and curtious. After the job was done, he cleaned everything up after he completed the job! Also his prices are awesome!!!
They are fairly priced and responded quickly.
