Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They were all very knowledgeable and cared about the issues going on. The facility is very comforting, unlike a normal urgent care or er. Not that I enjoy going to any Dr. but if I need to go I’ll go here. Great people and great place

They are always knowledgeable, kind, caring, professional & they you make sure you are seen as promptly as possible. They have X-ray & CT on-site & can handle many of the issues you might otherwise need to go to the ER for.

I love that I always have a place where I can get in and out for almost every medical need in an hour or less. Total Access is truly patient-focused, with the whole staff - from reception to the techs to the providers - really cares that you’re getting the best treatment possible. Dr. Hinrichs, the medical director, has a great facility, and the staff at every TAIC location are top-notch.

Thrilled with the care I received today. Professional and compassionate attention. I felt every detail of my situation was attended to. The staff did not have me leave until I was feeling better and my issues were resolved. I am a repeat customer and I will be again. I was happy I did not have to go to a crowded germy ER to obtain the care I needed. All medical services and medications were there in one location which made it extremely easy and convenient for me. Dr. Hinrichs was extremely kind, knowledgeable and prompt in diagnosing me, and kept checking on me as I needed an IV and medications. All of the staff were very warm, responsive and I received skillful top notch care. After living out of state for 20 years, I am SO glad I'm back in St. Louis where I can go to Total Access Urgent Care anytime I need to. I have never been disappointed in their services and I always would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much to the crew there today for helping me and making me feel better! In and out within 25 minutes for a sports physical. Everyone from front desk personnel to paramedic who began the exam to the Dr. who signed off on the paperwork was wonderful. This is our "go to" for sports related medical things.

I am so thankful for Total Access Urgent Care tonight. My asthmatic daughter had a big scare tonight and the staff was able to bring her into a room immediately and get her some relief. They were very thorough and I left feeling confident that she received the best treatment possible.
