Great customer service. I always mail in my payment to avoid the over the phone $3 fee but whenever I do need to call in they are so helpful and happy to assist me.
Terrible company. On two occasions when my payment was TWO days late (I travel for work) they dont collect and send no late notice of any kind, Will not use them again
Everything was fine until we decided to end our service. We were charged a $20 cancellation fee, and they would NOT waive it, kept saying "Well, it's on the back of the invoice", over and over. SO WHAT? You would think they would want to keep a customer who is leaving happy, with the possibility they may come back! Then, to make matters worse, while I was talking with Hester, the account Hun, she put me on speaker phone without telling me, so then when I asked to speak with the owner, he says "I'm right here!" HOW DARE THEY!! That is unbelievably unprofessional, and rude! Then when I told them that, the owner told me to "hush!" Are you kidding me? No way am I EVER using them again.
