The Vertical Factory On Wheels

I recently used this vendor based on my prior experience a few years ago. Under that management the service was superb, however, I ordered blinds and shutters on 1/7/17 with the understanding it would be 8 weeks for installation (no problem). However, as of this writing I have not received status or install date. Left numerous messages for the owner to call to no avail. When contact was finally made he was rude, arrogant and extremely condescending. Today I requested a refund of my deposit and was told I'll receive a check within 10 business days, so it goes without saying I will never refer or do any business with this company.

I saw there Van driving home and thought why not call since I needed new blinds for a couple different bedrooms in my house. Made the call and spoke to the receptionist who was friendly and set up an appointment exactly when I needed it. I received a free estimate as I was told on the phone by a man who was honest and friendly which made me comfortable making the order for a couple blinds. I ordered two sets for my room and our guest room the installation was very fast and they all came out great. Will be using them again very soon.

My roommate and I had shutters installed by this company and were very impressed. We were a bit hesitant at first by the negative comments before but we could not turn down a free estimate. The man that came and we spoke to was very kind and professional and new exactly what we wanted. He was very caring towards every paticular detail we wanted and they all turned out perfect. We were very impressed by the work done, and will be recommending the vertical factory to our friends soon. And will be sure to use them again in the future.

My Mother has been getting window coverings from Victor since he was a one man one truck company, Today he came personally and installed her shade himself. ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH HIM AND HIS PRODUCT!!

I recently moved into my new house in west covina and needed some new vertical blinds/shutters. A friend had referred me to the vertical factory so i thought i would try them out. A man came out to my house for free to do a complete estimate. I was very unsure on what i wanted but the man helped me out and made me feel very confident in my decisions, with very reasonable prices.....so i decided to go for it! Once i completed the order my blinds and shutters were delivered and installed in no time. I jut celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at our new place and received so many compliments on our white shutters I even referred my friends and family to them! overall great customer service and excellent products!
