I am a senior ,widowed lady living in mesquite for many,many years and my house has some really old,fragile plumbing. I called Le Fevers Plumbing and requested a service call,estimate. I was pleased that Lee was out the next day and gave what I consider a fair estimate. I scheduled the repair and although they are busy I got the repair done within two days . Lee arrived and set to work quietly,politely and had the shut off valve replaced ,all the site clean in a very short time. Lee was a perfect gentleman and very pleasant,quiet and competent. I called le fevers Monday for s water heater problem, they arrived within the hour. Unfortunately my heater was leaking from the bottom so we had to replace. The crew was so nice ,gave a fair price. They will be my go to from now on.
I've used Le Fevers 2 times and both times they were extremely prompt. The work was done professionally and cleanly. The rate seemed very fair to me.
Our water heater broke, the water was over-flowing. Le Fevers told me over the phone how to stop the water flow. The next day, they sent the plumber Lee and a helper. The two workers were very respectful. (A year ago, our AC rebelled. The two-man crew sent to fix it sent most of the day on their cell phones. When one would get a call, the other would make a call. They turned a one-day job into a two-day. I spent two nights without AC.) But Lee didn't waste time on the cell phone. I noticed the difference between the current worker and the old-timers like the 62-year-old Lee. Lee got the job finished by not spending all day on the phone -at my expense in more ways than one. Maybe it's time for employers to stop saying to senior citizens: "It's time to retire." Now's the time to look at how productive, knowledgeable the plumber is, and say: "It's time for a raise." We called LeFevers Plumbing with a broken outside underground pipe for the outside faucet.
LeFevers arrived when they stated they would, called ahead of time o informs us they were on their way.
The plumber was very professional, courteous, and hard working.
The job was done and finished with exceptional quality.
We were extremely satisfied!
After spending over $2000 to have both hot water heaters replaced in my home, I have had one quit working after just 32 months. I was told that although I paid for a 10 year warranty, I would have to pay the labor to fix whatever was wrong. I was told that, in addition, the 10 year warranty only covers the tank. THAT SURE WASN'T EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I WAS OFFERED THE PRICE FOR THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY! In addition, when they replaced my water heaters, the tech neglected to unplug the circulating pump and burned it up. Lefever's did not stand by their tech's mistake and I had to pay $400 for a new circulating pump. I am not sure how this company is getting their ratings, but my experience is deplorable. Now, I have an inoperable hot water heater from them after just 2-1/2 years. I will have a more reliable company service it.

As one of the owners, I would like to point out that all plumbers are required to give one year warranty on all products. We do. A ten year tank warranty is from the factory. Some companies sell a maintenance policy that covers his problem. He was not sold one. He got what he paid for. His next complaint is about his circulating pump. The pumps are usually replaced when you replace the water heaters. As you can see the price did not include its replacement. This customer got what he paid for, a bare bones job with no frills. We all would like to have a Rolls Royce in the drive way and pay for a beetle.
