I would not recommend anyone renting a bounce house from this place. We received it Friday night, it looked like it was brought from another party. The pool section of it was dirty, it had 3 holes which leaked water the entire time. I'm pretty sure it's unsafe and unsanitary to bring a bounce house that way. Called the next day since it was late to notify them and the lady told me she needed pictures. I immediately took them and sent them to her and the gentlemen that brought it. I called back after sending pictures and no response to either number. They picked up the bounce house on Monday while I was at work and they told my dad that they would issue a credit back. Come to find out, they are not willing to give cash back but a credit towards a bounce house next year. I'm pretty sure my sister is not going to want another bounce house party. This is truly a prime example of terrible customer service. Stay away from this place and spend a little more to get a good quality rental with people who care about there customers.
