        Watch out for the old lady! Sh...

        Watch out for the old lady! She is rude, unprofessional and has no idea about what customer service is. I missed an appt due to illness and she left me a nasty voicemail . When I called her back to explain,she yelled at me like I was her child and said that I cost her $300. Mind you I have already pre-paid for my visit. I demanded a full refund and will never do business with them again. Oh and I have been a customer with them for YEARS. So this says to me that they never valued me as a customer in the first place. They will not see another dime of my money. The two sons are nice but if the mother is the "face" of the business they will fail on customer service everytime!

        I was very impressed with their service. This was my first time so I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. They set me at ease and explained the entire procedure. It was a breeze. I can not tell you how much better I feel. My experience was great !!!!!!!

        The People here are first class people. The place had a nice aroma and was in excellent condition. The explaining of the procedure was easy to understand . I would recommend it to any one these people doing this at a first class level.
