They are fast, they have the colored foam. Give you free birthday wash on the exact day. Sometimes they leave some spots.
They suck the fat twins washing my truck all they did was try to tell each other how to wash it but they both dont no how to wash a truck. And there boss walked around with his dog it was if he was blind to the fact they didnt no how to wash
Regarding an experience that my daughter had Tuesday at the Cruz Thru on Gosford. My daughter bought the most expensive car wash etc. By the time the car was done with the washing and drying as she pulled out she noticed that her rearview mirror on the passengers side was totally broken off. She pulled towards the office and spoke to the manager's daughter who works there about what happened. This girl right away said that something was already wrong with it. My daughter explained to her that nothing has ever happened to her mirror before. She asked for the manager and it was her dad Julio Sical. He came outside telling my daughter the same story his daughter had said and didn't budge. My daughter asked them to check the cameras to verify what she was saying was true. They didn't. They made up some cheesy story that others have tried to play them dirty with such things. How dare they even think we would do that!!!!! :/ (not happy) My daughter took pictures and a video of this incident while he was checking the broken rearview mirror. Julio supposely wrote up an incident report and told my daughter that they weren't going to help her in any way, That she would get a call the following day. She never got a call from claims but from Julio "that we weren't liable to what happened to your car".That same attitude Julio and his daughter had the day before. Very bad customer service, cut and dry. They made it seem that my daughter was lying to them. He already had assured my daughter that claims was not going to do anything about the broken mirror that my daughter's car received as she was cruising through the wash. It was insulting, offensive, and ridiculous. Makes this car wash company look terribly bad. We as a family will not definitely be going there anymore. And we are a huge family!!!!!! They just lost one of their best customers!!!! I'm sure we will find a better company that takes care of their customers!!!! My daughter's experience was horrible...............
If I could give zero stars I would. I attached a picture because I cannot fit the entire review in the character limits!! Very unprofessional, and shady.
Use it. They Will allow u to go through the second time if not clean the first time. My wife loves your service
I paid $45 for the super wash, they said it would be an hour it took an hour and a half. When they were finished there were still major bugs on the grill, had to tell him to get them off. They used an abrasive something on the hood and left scratch marks, also on the headlights scratched up. Then I was driving an tire warning came on. When I went to put air in the valve stem had been broken so I had to called AAA out to change my tire until I can get it fixed. This damn car wash cost me more money. Needless to say I won't be going back.
They do a great job! Very nice and friendly. Great customer service and very reliable. They are very detailed and will make sure you are satisfied with the work they do.
JVS has been servicing my vehicles for the past 15. Service is excellent and price is reasonable.
Called for my 05 audi in for some much needed exterior detailing. In short - amazing! The car didn't look this good the day I bought it. Absolutely incredible work. Cost was $175 for exterior. Although that may sound expensive but in reality it is a bargain, especially when you consider that local car washes are charging $150 for what they claim is a clay bar detail. I can't believe I have been wasting money on other detailers. I'm never calling anyone else to detail my car, from now on this is the business. He even cleared up the film that was starting to accumulate on my headlights. Cannot possibly say enough good things about Carlos and his business.
I purchased my 2012 Ford Fusion in November of 2013. Since I purchased the car I have taken it to Sparkling Image Mobil 1 Express lube shop at 2301 H Street in Bakersfield, Ca. 933013 times to have the oil changed. The last oil change was on August 6, 2014. On the evening of August 29th, I heard my breaks making a scrapping sound. On September 2, 2014 I took my car into Mark's Automotive . The technician found that my front breaks where metal to metal. He also discovered that someone had put what appears to be transmission fluid mixed in with my brake fluid. Due to the fact that Sparkling Image is the only place that has been under the hood of my car and the timing of this discovery that the damage was caused by the technician at Sparkling Image Mobil 1 Express Lube. The mechanic stated that my vehicle is unsafe to drive and I am now currently without a vehicle. The estimated damage is at a minimum of $3,700. The entire brake system is damaged. I have an estimate for repairs which includes replacement of Master Brake Cylinder, ABS Unit, hoses, multiple cans of brake cleaner, master cylinder reservoir, numerous break hoses, brake fluid, 2 rear calipers and 2 front calipers, and a 8 hours of labor. On September 5, 2014, I spoke to Alex the Manager of the lube shop. When I asked him if they check the brake fluid when doing an oil change, he told me that they do in fact check the brake fluid and will add fluid if it is low. However, they have no way of listing that it was done. Only when i told Alex what happened to my car, did he try to say that brake fluid isn't something that they check. I also spoke with the Location Manager Carl Fisher who then went over to Mark's Automotive to look at the fluid. He informed me that he was denying my claim because brake fluid isn't something they check and the records they have of my car show that my transmission fluid was full. He then stated to have my insurance company contact him.If my claim is being denied based solely on those two things, then there a huge problem with this. Based on what the manager Alex told me about checking the brake fluid and filling it if it is low then this reasoning is completely discounted. Also, if you look over the records from the 3 oil changes done on my car you will find several inconsistencies. In February and May, it was stated that my fuel filter was "OK", However in August it was "N/A'My power steering fluid was listed as "Full" However my transmission fluid was listed as "OK", What is the difference between the two? Does "full" mean you filled it or that it was full? Does "ok" mean ok you filled it or that it was ok no need to fill?Check cabin filter is "N/A"? Why is t not applicable? Do your techs not know where to check for the cabin filter? In February and May, my battery tested "N/A" however, in August, it tested "Good". Why test it one time but not the others. With all of these inconsistencies, I don't feel confident that the Mobil 1 Express Lube Technicians are following any kind of protocol. Nor do I feel confident that you location manager knows with 100% certainty that his technician did not mistake my brake fluid for transmission fluid. Due to the fact that this business is using your brand, I thought you might want to know how they are doing business.
