It was an excellent experience. The Brochure I ordered was very well designed, and I had 1000 Prints within 2 business days. I will continue my business with HLS!
The customer service was not even worth rating. The customer service agent was lazy and not helpful at all. Made every excuse possible not to ship my items. Went to another fedex shipping outlet and shipped my items with no problems or excuses.
This company gets contracts here and there to scan and input (data entry) another business' paper documents. Eventually the work is done and the employees are out of work constantly. The sick part is you are NEVER laid off, therefore you cannot collect unemployment. If you are terminated you cannot collect unemployment under any circumstances, no matter how long you have been there. (NOTE: contrary to belief the collection of unemployment is not determined by EDD, it is determined by the employer)
If I could give no stars I would... They informed me that they would put label slips on my packages and my packages were sent to the wrong locations. One item was under warranty that I was sending back and it never made it to its location... so, now I have no item and cannot receive the original item I sent out. The other item I was returning for a refund, so now no refund and no item. I'll never go there again!
This location is conveniently located in Southwest Bakersfield, around the corner from my apartment. I opened a mailbox there because I simply couldn't trust the one at my apartment complex. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help, despite being a busy location. Great service!!
bad service i guess it all depends who brings the package we ordered cause theres one guy he always gets to my business early and when its anybody different their always late and i mean late after 2 pm it really messes everything up for us...
I received a return label for a set of rims I bought from amazon that didnt fit. The label was a single label for the set and the company paid for the weight I went in asking if there was a way to have them either print me a label for the separate weights of the package or some how bind the packages together. She absolutely refused to do either of those things and informed me that if I taped the boxes together they wouldn't guarantee them making it to the destination. Not sure what ups policy is but I assure you a happy customer is not one of their goals. After receiving many packages late and now this I will be avoiding any business woth them at all cost.
