We need more pharmacies like this one!!!
Im so sorry that i had to close it down. The people is what i miss the most. I loved everyone of you so much you were my family. Ive really taken her suicide hard as it still affects me today in ways i cant explain. Ive lost every single thing i have ever worked for even my job in corrections. I dont live anywhere near Bakersfield any longer as the memory is just overwhelming. For those who dont know i found her hanging in our garage on 5-18-2010. I tried to save her but i was too late. Life is not good for me since that day and i am being punished for something i did not do. The PandMs bargain outlet was a dream of mine that came true but was ripped from me in a second. I miss the store and peachie so much , you cant imagine. That was my passion in life and now im left with a huge hole i cant fill . Thank you for supporting us while it lasted.
This place is a joke! Rude, disrespectful and unworthy of community support. The young girl at the counter basically treated me like a kid, and as a veteran, I don’t take kindly to disrespect like that. Said I cussed at her and was told we need a new pharmacy. Mr Lee, I’ll gladly go to Rite Aid or Walgreen’s where customer service is practiced!
Best pharmacy and staffing
This store on the retail side is absolutely horrible. The shelves are practically bare and disorganized, most of the staff have horrible attitudes and are not helpful at all. This store is in desperate need of a reorganization of management and staff.
She’s strong, because she’s in a constant battle with her anxiety. It’s telling her that she’s weak. That she shouldn’t speak up. That she shouldn’t get out of bed.
Good customer service driver to call when he is asked to not every one can hear horn.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Super fast and very friendly services, I had a prescription my old pharmacy didn't have it, they had it and filled it for me in less than 5 minutes! I liked the service and transferred to this pharmacy
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I walked into the store this afternoon approx. 4:45 pm 10/27/2016. NO ONE was in line. 1 customer was counseling with the pharmacist. The customer fininshed and sat down in a chair against the wall. I waited patiently for literally 5 minutes while 3 of the 7 staff members made eye contact with me and smiled, yet none of them acknowledged whether I was being helped. Apparently I had to ask for help. I said politely to the pharmacist, " excuse me , may I have some help here?" in a calm yet frustrated tone. This less than inept service has happened on more than 3 occasions. To the future customer: I strongly suggest you take your business somewhere else; especially if you need weekend help.A piece of advice to the owners and/or managers; Train your staff customer service skills. If you, the manager, do not know what customer service is, you'd better get some training!
Manager was very rude and not poliote, customer service is very sad. If I could give it zero stars I would.
