I purchased a vehicle from them a couple of weeks ago and I'm already having issues. They said they cant help me or even look at for "legal" reasons. If honesty and reliability is what you look for in a business I'd stay far away from this place

REALLY BAD!!!The driver had no idea how to hook up my car. During the process Ben's Towing lost one of my Mudd flap guards, Trunk Liner was pulled out and was not resecured in original place, Removed my Vehicle Manual from Glove Box, Driver's side Car window messed up and Greasy Handprints/Fingerprints ALL over my car inside & out!!I called to question and file a complaint. I was told I'd get a call back the same day I called. Four day's later "NO CALL" !!I called again and was told the manager would call me within 30 minutes. 60,000 minutes later. Still No Call!!Horrible service and even worse our Insurance company uses this towing company. If you get stuck with Ben's Towing. Call some other business.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR MANUEL!!AN APOLOGY!!* I WILL ADD PICTURES LATER.

Read and heed the other poor reviews. This company took 6, yes, you read that right, SIX HOURS to reach my car. 6 hours AFTER the ETA, mind you. Each time I called, the representative would tell me, “Oh, it should only be about another 30 mins.” “I’m sorry for the delay, only 15 more minutes.” “The guy just got back, he needs to fill up the truck and he’ll be out there, about 15 to 20 minutes.” From the last call it took an HOUR. I called again and the technician was finally on site. It is now close to 10:30pm and I got into contact with my insurance provider at 3pm. Still don't have my car.
Okay so locked keys in carCalled insuranceGave me my policy number Gave me this company Called to confirm and she was nice to me Now here’s the tricky weird part I happen to have something in my purse to help me unlock my car because my driver window was cracked open a bit to circulate the air in my car So I manually open it myself (the door by press unlock on it) gotta love electric haha)I called this place again to just ask if they had someone on the way (because I didn’t want them to waste their time) [mind you I was looking in my purse for something after I read the reviews] and she got wayyyy rude with me telling me that “I told you that we are backed up and that my ETA is made for 7 o’clock” and before she said that I informed her that called a few minutes ago just to remind her who I was and then she responded with that. See I wasn’t trying to be rude to her I was informing her but she got really rude and it was off-putting so I’m informing my insurance to never suggest them again.
Got a text message from Bens towing at 12:20 and inform me that the tow truck will be there at 1:19 and 30 mins later a got a call from the tow truck driver. It was a pleasant service and was actually fast and convenient. ML03/15/2018
Dynasty Motors is a great dealership, not only is there amazing customer service but there are great deals. I definitely recommend coming here and giving them a try, you guys won't regret it! It's easy, no rush, no hassle, and no gimmicks.
