Worst insurance experience ever!!!The only good review on here is from Helen Morgan herself!Helen Morgan threatened to sue me when I left a review. SHE LITERALLY CALLED ME AND SCREAMED "YOU DON'T F*** WITH ME!!! YOU DON'T F*** WITH ME!!!" Wow how professional. I have contacted BBB and all state about this.
Very unknowledgeable said they where going to follow up with me and never did. Could never answer my questions and misinformed me. Every time I would call the 1800 number it would reroute me to this agency. I called Allstate and simply had them take my phone number off so this wouldn't happen again. Also found out I can switch to a different agency.
Their name says it all. I have never met a more professional and productive crew in my life. Their passion for their work is something your don't see a lot of anymore. They built a custom wood mantel for my fireplace, grouted my kitchen backsplash, and sanded a painted my front doors. Everything turned out better than I expected. I will refer them to anyone and I'll be hiring them again for more projects. Thank you Done Right.

ABSOLUTE BEST INSURANCE AGENCY IN BAKERSFIELD!Carlynn at New Generation Insurance is the best! We were previously dealing with another insurance agency who held our homeowners and I had some questions. I repeatedly contacted our agent over the course of 2 months (yes you read that correctly - 2 MONTHS!!!) however we never received even one response! Becoming increasingly frustrated, I decided to look into other options and came across New Generation and Carlynn. After initially speaking to her and explaining our situation, she immediately top-line assessed where we were over the phone, explained next steps and offered NG services. That gave us the confidence we needed that they would help us out. She went to work lightning fast! Carlynn had several options available to us ready to present when we met for our appointment. She walked me thru each and every option, explained them in detail, demonstrated the utmost patience and understanding with my endless questions and even gave me various scenarios as to what and how coverage would affect us as homeowners. Waiting two and a half years to have warranty issues half fixed and some denied completely! Unacceptable and very unprofessional. If I could do it again I would not buy from Legacy Homes in Bakersfield. I thought for sure contacting the Vice President before taking legal action would move things along but to my surprise he was rude and denied all major warranty claims. Well, after reading all the other reviews, I guess I'm not the only one whom he swindled. I gave him a deposit of $2400 (50%) for job on April 30th, 2016 for 2 patio covers... well today is Sept 25th... still no patio coverings. His lack of communication is staggering. On the day (in July) he was supposed to show up (his third chance), I swung by his office on Chester and there was a guy "cleaning it out". I threatened to turn him in to the BBB and Contract Lic. Board, then he text back. Stories of illness, death in the family, workers quiting only go so far. If it's that bad, retire.But, there are stories here of him taking even more money from people even after all this... Please beware, If you are reading this, you have already read many more to get here... Don't do it, Stop. Yoiu will not get what you want, you will get nothing but headache.He actually just text me with another "next week" excuse...
