Absolutely the worst DR I have ever dealt with! The front office girl lied to my face and told my I didn't have a co-pay when I called to check. She didn't want to even do her job and look for me. Nope, she just lied to me. There i am showing up for my appointment and she says i have a co-pay. I said the only reason I made this appointment before my payday is because she SPECIFICALLY said I didn't have a co-pay. They were so incredibly rude, they laughed at me and made a joke of me in front of their entire lobby full of patients. The doctor then came out and was an complete jerk and wouldn't listen to a word. They wouldn't even talk to me like i was a human. This man only wants money from you! The girls up front are terrified to tell the truth when they make a mistake because the doctor is such a jerk to them. Never go to this doctor unless you want to feel like a piece of trash. THE WORST!!
I went for a contact lense exam this past March. I Really like the Doctor & was anxious to try a few brands to find which would work Best for me! I am Still waiting for them to get in my Trial pairs! I have called the store repeatedly & am always assured it will be dealt with & then Nothing!I sent 2 emails to the Company & received nothing but 39, Yes that's 39, of the automated reply emails stating they received mine & a member of their staff would respond soon. That was the 17th of June & again, NOTHING!! Sent another email today telling them I expect it to be resolved w/in 48 hours or I'm contacting BBB as well as local news & that I expect to be compensated &/or I want my money back along w/compensation for all the time & frustration. We'll see what happens!They have quite a number of complaints against them. Wish I'd checked ahead of time!
I've been trying to schedule an online appointment and EVERY field I filled out was correct. However, it kept saying invalid information and my email address is correct and after 30 minutes of getting frustrated just to schedule an appointment I gave up. There site is very difficult and I called just for them to say "can you please go on the website and fill out all your information, thank you"....I explained to the person I talked with that's the reason for my call and her reply was "Are you sure your filling it out correctly?".....I told her that's why I'm calling in because there site will NOT let me enter my correct informationHer reply "I'm sure you forgot something on it and to try again, thank you"I told her that I'm not stupid and all my info is correct and don't worry I won't will going to this place for anything. Now after reading the reviews I'm glad I found another place. There business is ridiculous in everyway and there website is a DAMN joke. I would NOT recommend them to anyone at all
I will never come here again the only reason I came is because I had the 3-year membership and when they ordered my contacts after 3 week they kept telling me they weren't in, and it's because my prescription was so high was the reason for the delay... I paid $280 and didn't get my contacts until after a month later! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
I love this Doctor and staff. Carmen is so sweet. Clean office, great location, from exam to the end a perfect experience. Answered all questions.
Great doctor in state of the art facility always explaining things and being really nice to my mom for 7 years now. She had eye surgery 4 years ago and still 20/20 without glasses!
I was able to see again after doctor repaired my eye after damage done by car accident. Vey thankful for giving me back my eyesight! Thank you!
Awesome doctor and excellent service! Friendly staff! Very reasonable for folks without insurance! Spent over 15 minutes explaining everything.
Dr A fixed both my eyes after surgery that I was told was not possible by other docs in town. Glad I got a third opinion with Dr A.
I'm so disappointed in this place. I came in they did the eye exam and ordered my glasses and they were due in on the 10th and it's now the 20th and I've called several times and today I finally spoke with a nice lady who informed me that the problem is the frames I chose are on back order. So I've been waiting a month and still no glasses and now I have to go pick out another pair and wait again for those. They don't know when my frames will be available. I'm so upset!!! I don't have time for this nor did I want to wait another few weeks.
