Never go here!!!! I went because it was close to home... The doctor didn't show no compassion didn't give me no tips advice... Don't go to him if you suspect your dog has parvo.....!!! Or has parvo...

I've been taking my dog to Dr Jensen for as long as I can remember and so has my mother and we've always felt comfortable and they've always treated us like family and I'm telling you since the the receptionist has left that place has went to straight s*** the new girl is rude, snobby, no personality I will never go back again!!!!!! now I have to find a new vet because its just not the same my mom would have been soo upset she loved going there just as much .and the floors are dirty and there's no personality the girl that worked in the office now made me feel like I was a dumb piece of crap

I am shocked when I read some of these angry reviews. I've been going here since 2007. My dog broke his leg and they did an excellent job of mending it. They also wound give him steroid shots and not charge me for an office visit, I only had to pay for the shot. Dr Jensen has never one time been absent from visiting with me one on one and explaining things to me. I like this place a lot!

My family's pets have been coming here for years! The doctor is very professional and hilarious. He has over 23 years of experience. I would recommend that people bring their pets to this animal hospital!

I had a wonderful experince with Dr. Jenson, he took good care of my pride an joy, Bonnie. He has been taking care of my animals for years and he will be my number one choice for years to come.

I changed from my regular Animal Hospital, that both my brother and I used and switched to this animal doctors office one day when I felt like we were being taken advantage of financially. Best thing I could have possibly done! This has been the best veterinarian for regular illnesses that aren't an emergency as well as checkups & shots. The doctor there is absolutely more than fair and he treats everybody as an individual case, rather than feeling like you're just one in the crowd and getting heardrd it through the line! Not only has he dealt with my animals in the past but I've taken all of my animals there my sister now that was there, my brother now goes there and my parents. I promise you that I wouldn't give you information that wasn't true and trust and believe that your dog, cat, kitten, puppy or any other type of animal that you may have is in extremely good hands at this doctors office.

Dr. Jensen is amazing he takes great care of all of our pets I would recommend him to all my family and friends he's been a vet for a long time and us very professional does a great job

Horrible place! Never take your pet here for severe injuries or sicknesses. They do not give their full attention to our pets. Our pets go hours without anyone being in the facility. Our pets become an inconvenience to them especially around the holidays because they do not want to have to go in. Also, the Vet and his staff never tell the same story because they're trying to cover up for each other. This I know from the Vet tech. telling me something, then the Vet telling me something else, then the receptionist putting me on hold while she asks them about my concerns and the telling me a different story. In the end... My poor dog passed away :( I don't think she ever had a chance there. I really never saw the Vet, but i sure did hear from him when he wanted payment! Please, if you want your pets to make it, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE!!!
