One star might be too gracious

They are a nightmare to work with (were even when they were under different name "executive property management." They keep fining us petty fines for posting notes to our doors like: "please park in your garage" and "please place trash can behind gate."

We have explained time and again to them that we cannot fit the trash can through the door to back yard (strange property lines -but not our fault). At one point they said to put them in the garage. Who keeps their trash can in their garage?! Yuck!!! Now today we got another notice about parking only in garage and to obey HOA laws. ??? We read the attached HOA laws and it states we can park in our driveway and we only park there or in garage. They aren't passing on a fine to us- but charging us a "posting fee." I have told them on a voicemail today that I will sue them if the harassment doesn't stop. (Should inform that the papers were on a form stating we had a 3 day notice to fix "problem" or vacate.). No I'm not joking. Also they don't show to appointments, keep you waiting for days... And they make you do a full property inspection prior to renewal of lease and have poor attitudes over it (once was told to "clean" an area -a room that was being moved out if from a temporary co-renter that they were aware of).
