This place has by far the wors...

This place has by far the worst customer service skill in the planet, I order an arrangement for my godmother on her birthday when i asked if they would please deliver from 9-12 the lady on the phone said we deliver but not on time request, i thought to myself seriously this is 2012 shouldn't the customer get what the customer wants, i ended up brushing it off my shoulders and still orderd. so the day of delivery came and i was waiting for my godmother to call me and say thank you well she never called because they never delivered! you can imagen how upset i was with these people on top of that the staff did not bother to call me to let me know they didnt deliever so i went down to the place and spoke with the manager, to find out the reason that they didnt deliver was because they coiuldnt find the place oh come on!! when she said that i responded ok you didnt find the place so why didnt i get a phone saying my delievery was never delivered or to come to the store and get it instead of waiting three day for an angry customer coming in to your store this is a very unproffesional place from the managers to the janitor please people consider twice before buying from this place there services are horrible!!! one thing is for sure they have lost a whole lot of customers!

Came in to place a fathers day...

Came in to place a fathers day order and was treated rudely by not one, but two employees. Why would you ever act put out answering questions for a customer placing an order? I'm so sorry, I didn't know I couldn't request that a certain fruit be omitted from an arrangement. Came to pick it up, had to wait 30 minutes because they didn't have it made. After leaving I realized the pineapple flowers were missing. While we waited, a lot of horseplay in the back while I just stood there waiting. Not very serious about keeping me as a customer I'd say. Not even an apology for not making my order. While it is a great idea... I would recommend sweet surrender, Dewars or the gourmet shop, or some of the many cupcake shops opening locally. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience over two different days. I won't be returning as a customer.

Horribe Service

We were so excited to have an edible arrangements in town. After an order was place to be delivered to an office to surprise some co-workers, the item was not delievered during business hours. After calling and leaving a message we received a call back at 5:30pm that the fruit arrangement didnt make it on time and could someone please come pick it up from them!! Since we couldn't they delivered it to one of the co-workers homes. It arrived at 7:45 pm on a friday night with no way to contact the company since they stopped answering their phone. When it was delievered the fruit was getting warm and sweating. The arrangement had to be taken apart immediately to be refigerated. The surprise was ruined. After numerous phone calls and messages, we finally went down the store location to get a refund. At this time none has been given and they feel that they delivered great service.

Overall
Don't waste money on this Co!

Don't even take out your wallet for this company. They charge you, but fail to deliver. To make matters worse, they take weeks to process a refund. This company lacks the quality of having any customer service.
