I was by myself in his waiting room for 10 minutes before a cleaning lady went and got the doctor He came out with paperwork His "staff" was one girl and I waited almost an hour before she came in Tells me treatment is cosmetic and will be $500 a piece (4 sessions) until my deductible is met, he then tells me that my insurance probably won't cover this appointment so I need to pay him $400 I was never told what would or wouldn't be covered, I felt bullied Then they tell me their card machine is broken, can I pay the $400 in cash? I said no The next day my info is entered manually by a square app on his cell phone, $400 out of my account My insurance never received a claim I called my bank and filed a dispute. Took a month for the doctor to return a phone call and he failed to provide any proof. I called his office to find out why he hasn't sent a claim and he was still trying to get me to set up the follow up appointments. all he did was try (unsuccessfully) to steal my money! Beware!
