well I purchased a pioneer double din for my gmc Sierra I had them install also the stereo is nice I like the features a lot but I was disappointed with Anthony the employee that did the labor him and "flaco" another employee that works there also did the install on my truck well long story short my dash was cracked about 3" when I showed up but half way threw the install I took a peek to see the progress and they cracked my dash even more! disappointed that they didn't want to admit they cracked it they tried to fix it but they didn't want to give me a discount for defacing my property so over all the customer service was bad but installation price and product were over all satisfactory next time I'll make sure to ask them to be extra careful with my property

Great product, great installation and excellent service. I been going to Jay for over 15 years for all my audio needs and have never had one complaint. There not like others when they say free install its actually free unlike other shops where they advertise a stereo for$59 then by the time u leave u spent over 200 on a piece of crap radio that quits in a matter of months. Great on warranty work and in my opinion hands down the best place to get ur audio and video needs taking care off

They didn't push products. Actually told me not to get navi just use my phone.. Lol
I will be back. They also didn't charg insane amount for install. I watched him do it.. Fast but efficient.

They scrateched up my wood trimming around my stereo and afterward said they didn't do it. We finally agreed he would take care of it and then after he found out the price he backed out saying it was too much. There was also loud engine noise that you could hear when you sped up on the gas peddle after they completed my system. They said there was nothing you could do about it without buying more equipment. I finally gave up on them and took it to another shop and they found a loose ground wire that got rid of the engine noise coming from the speakers. Jay the owner sucks and the staff are a bunch of amateurs. DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

this is the best place to get a car stereo installed, they don't hassle you with extra costs, they're way better than best buy.
