I am a local locksmith that does business with Ms. Crawford and BK Property Management. I would have to say she is the most professional property managers that I have come into contact with. She is always very organized and on top of all service order requests. Every unit that I enter is cleaned up very nice and would be a great place to move into. I find all of the office staff to be very friendly, professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend BK has a place to call home as well as a property management to work for. I personally am very impressed!
I was a very happy tenant during the period i leased with them...Ms Crawford was extremely welcoming and handle all maintenance repair swiftly asnd accurately..very nice property ..quite..and peaceful...i recommend leasing with them to any couple or small family.
Great apartments, Terrible property management company. They will charge you out the ASS for anything and everything when you try to get your deposit back. After i turned in my keys they charged me to re-key the house, charged me for reinstalling the landline plugins (never used landline the whole time i lived there, only had a cell phone). They then called us and asked if we were going to turn our keys and garage door openers in to them after i already left state. I took pics of their keys and garage door opener on their front desk with the front desk clerk in the pic along with a signed paper saying i turned them in. 2 months after we left and got our deposit back we got a call from them telling us to "Pay or quit" and tried to send us to collections. What a god awful company. Just the worst. Probably the shittiest property management company in all of California! It also looks like on YP most of their positive reviews are fake. single accounts with no images of people with only a single review for their company. Watch out for these scammers who pay for YP reviews! check their google reviews they have only like 1.5/5 stars. What a trash company.
If you want to be robbed blind when you move out, be sure to rent through this company. They not only kept a huge portion of my cleaning deposit after I spent a great deal of time cleaning upon move out, they also charged me for pre-existing damage to the blinds. The worst part was when they charged me to haul SOMEONE ELSE'S MATTRESS to the landfill because it just happened to be next to some of my trash. I will NEVER do business with them again and I recommend you do not either. They actually deserve less than one star.
I have had the best "rental" experience ever once I started working this property management company. The employees are all so friendly and professional, the gentleman who works there (I think his name is Daniel or Danny) was a hoot, yet so professional and dressed DAMN good. Great company best rental experience EVER!
I have been renting from BK property management for some time now and have nothing but positive things to say. Each staff member is always so polite, happy, and welcoming. When times got hard for me they were incredibly understanding and took care of me. They treat you as if they truly care about your circumstances. If ever a problem with my Apartment (which is rare) they fix it immediately. Very satisfied with this company and highly recommend it!!
As a homeowner I listed a property with BK Property Management. I feel they are extremely incompetent, the personnel changes constantly, there is no continuity. Because the rental agents were different every time there was a concern, problem or visit to the property, when the tenants repainted all the walls BK Property Management did not know my property had been altered against our contract stipulations. Gardening fees increased monthly with out notice and when the tenants didn't not allow gardeners into the backyard I was still charged for the service and never notified. BK Property was aware of multiple dogs on the property and in the house which was also against contract stipulations, and I was never notified of them. When the tenants failed to pay rent on time BK gave me the option to allow the tenants to continue to live there and catch up the late rent or to evict them, and I continually asked if during BK's multiple walk throughs and checks on the property they had seen any damage/problems and they always said there were no problems and the property was being well taken care of by the tenants. When they were finally evicted I was left with 10,000 dollars worth of damages to a home that was in pristine condition 9 months earlier.
The BK Property Management's head rental agent was never available and conducted all her business with me as the property owner through her secretaries and assistants. Very rarely did I even receive return phone calls.
