        If I could have I would have rated this experience a MINUS 5 star. I went to the store this afternoon I had a problem with the nook my wife purchased for me just a few years ago. First- I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come help me, the poor woman at the cashier desk had to call twice for me to get someone to come help me. Finally when the girl showed up, she asked me "what I wanted?" Not, how may I help you or any other sort of customer service pleasantry. Apparently the nook my wife purchased was discontinued, and I was no longer able to purchase any books or accessories. So, when I asked this rude young woman If she would charge my nook Again it was just a rude NO. Apparently she was to busy to help customers and NOT interested in servicing customers, I still have a gift card in my wallet to purchase additional books for my nook, but frankly I wont spend another nickel at your store.
