The best menudo in town! Service with a smile, easy side of town won’t go wrong with this restaurant.
I used like Vallarta, but recently the service is horrible, the employees are unhelpful, I wish someone can explain to them that we are in United States, not in a latin country. I get it! they cater to Latin based cultures! and it's ok but the service is horrible they treat you like cattle. Also the patrons are of the most rude people I have ever encountered. No manners whatsoever. It says a lot when my 5 year old does not like entering Vallarta.
Just when i thought they had the freshest meat and best salsa, I fell in love with their Menudo yesterday, which was Sunday morning. Had it to go in a large cup for $8.00?! and it came with all the fixings! impressed
When they first opened it was the best food but like every good local joint, it has surpassed it's initial standards and become excellent. In a town where Mexican food is overly abundant becomes monotonous, the best ones stand out for their unique spices, and La Gran Villa is one of them. I ordered the enchiladas for a great price and was expecting basic quality but I was surprised when the dish came out on a pretty plate and was very nicely organized. The enchiladas themselves were AMAZING!
Went to get meat and the pork was moving. So what does that tell you. Watch everything you buy. Even the prepackaged meat. Not a good place to buy meat@
