It takes WAY too long to receive food. I’ve worked in the food industry so I get it, but at the same time I should not be waiting 26 minutes to get my order. Won’t go back, also way overpriced.

I highly recommend this particular chipotle because the staff is always warm and friendly and the food is always amazing and fresh. I will admit that I frequent this location at least once a week, and they always remember me and my order. Its nice to go someplace and be remembered. I commented on how much I love the salt they use, and one of their employees went in the back and gave me a little more salt and wrote down the brand and type. Talk about customer service!!
This Arby's on Buck Owens is very aggravating frustrating everytime you go there there's always a homeless person that comes up to you once you get there and when you leave asking for money I'm not a judgmental by all means I feel for people but sometime all I want to do is eat a hamburger and relax with the only $2 I have in my pocket no matter how many times I complain about this they do nothing about it but besides that it is a clean restaurant their food is good but their customer service as far as listening to their customers and how they feel about being approached by these people they don't care they didn't try to go out there to run the people off or tell him to leave the people alone
I give then no stars there customer service is bad plus if you try to order an extra soda or hamburger or anything that you forgot in the Drive-Thru they will make you go all the way around to take your order again even if there is nobody behind you and that goes for every Jack in the Box if there is that is poor customer service I have to drive all the way around and do a circle I felt like they were laughing at me there is literally nobody behind me and all I wanted to add was a hamburger there a junior Jumbo Jack hamburger and she literally said that I have to go around and order at the speaker I have 4944 hours in customer service and I know never are you to treat a customer like that so Jack in the Box is new policy is very poor customer service

The food quality and service is unparralled, spotless restaurant and the burgers and fries are awesome, worth losing ten years of your life due to the lack of nutritional value.
Just went into juicy,ordered two burgers. One with Swiss cheese and mushrooms the other with swiss,mushrooms and sheared lettuce. It was not that they were busy,there were only two other people. Well the first one had no mushrooms the other had no mushrooms or chesse but it did have some jalapeño peppers.The flavor of the burger was good, but without the the other items it just doesn't cut it. I'll know better next time and go somewhere else.
They suck they charge tou for lg and dont fill it
my wife and 3 kids all went to this location to get a cold drink on a hot day. about an hour later we all got upset stomachs that lasted for few days. never again will we go there
