The owner Gil and his staff at Gamestor are AWESOME:-) His employees were able to answer all my questions in regards to PS3 games that I would enjoy and games that were safe enough for my 4yr old son to play. As a new gamer I was definitely impressed w/ their knowledge and superior customer service. They obviously know what they're talking about and how to treat their customers:-)
Where I'm from all we really have are Gamestops and not much else, so me andmy dad try to find nice places to find some new places to go. Being almost 15 I very much enjoy finding older games as they are much more fun to me. It does suck that alot of places dont offer older NES SNES and Genisis games, but if they do the stores are typically above average with helpful employees and good prices. But this places is more than above average, the employees are more than helpful and arent afraid to go out of there way to show you great service. The amount of not just old games but new games is amazing and the many services they have like disc cleaning and oredering service are great thing to have. Sure i just found this place out and this may be just a first impression but from what i experienced and from what i saw it is more than desserving of 5 stars. Definatly will go as much as i can and will say the best part was the employees as they were not only nice and very helpful but they also really did care about helping the customer and have fun with it so yeah i would definatly recomend it and will being going there much more. If the owner sees thisthen thank you and i hopefully go whenever i get the chance. :)
Best video game store in town! Staff is amazing; they are always there to help you and treat you like they want your business. Used game selection is great and they even carry old school games and accessories. Their trade-in prices beat Gamestop hands down. They just gained a customer for life!
Horrible customer service, they don't even know how to use the system they have in place for trade ins and stor credit. I got robbed by these people. The one in the north west. Stay away.
