As a dealer trying to get funded for a auto loan for a customer:cannot call the branch directly, must go in for them to stamp title themselves, prior to going to DMV to perfect the lien. Was told Had to wait 4 business after I perfected at DMV the lien to get funded.Then called to check on funding after that period, had to call main branch in Sacramento they transferred me to Bakersfield branch and went to voice mail. Terrible customer service!
