Horrible very unprofessional. They will find ways to make you pay extra. The car I got had a bad oil leak needed an alignment and the AC was messed up I told them about it but nothing has been done. Stay away from this place!
Do not buy from this place they sold my daughter-in-law a car she drove it one day transmission went out we took it back they said that she would have to pay for repairs that it's as is but I know there's a lemon law so we're going to have to get a lawyer it was a 2004 Corolla if you're looking for a good car don't shop at this place transmission started leaking like if it was set just for a day are 2 to work the guys rude and is a guy just because she is a female he thought he could get over on her ...so beware dont buy at this place how could you take advantage of a pregnant woman wow
I went to Mazda with the intention to browse the used car selection. Immediately upon arrival and before even having to find the entrance of the dealership, I was greeted by a manager who directed us to a salesperson after learning I was interested in “just looking”. The gentleman he introduced me to had a calm, relaxed and professional vibe to him which immediately made me feel at ease. My experience with car salesmen is they are very pushy, are quick to point me to the most expensive cars on the lot, want to run my credit, etc. and it’s just frightening. All of the staff on board were exact opposite and made for a calm and comfortable buying experience.Overall; my encounter with everyone on here was beyond excellent. Every employee around was also indirectly helpful by just having a smile on their faces. They all are very professional, positive, and eager to assist and ensure satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend Bakersfield Mazda and am so thankful I was able to have my car buying experience with them. I look forward to many years with this dealership.
My recent purchased of a 2018 Crosstrek from Sangera leads me to UNCONDITIONALLY RECOMMEND this vendor. Our salesman, Bobbi Malec, was both enormously courteous and totally informed. The inquiry-test drive-contract negotiations-finalizing the deal process was carried out with perfect professionalism and efficiency. I got a better deal than I expected! From the start, a detailed offer IN WRITING was given my wife and I, which allowed us to compare Sangera's deal with other dealerships. The entire process took four (4) months (on our part), and this delay ultimately led us to buy a 2018 model which we absolutely love. No "hard sell"; no "let's see the sales manager", no "this deal is only available for today" tactics were ever used. Financing on better terms than I could have obtained for myself, was secured swiftly the night we chose to "pull the trigger". Paperwork was completed immediately. I have compared both "deals" and dealerships throughout all of Southern California for Subarus and I am convinced that the place to buy is Sangera.
Worst experience ever!!! Took them 4 days to look at our truck and still did not fix the problem....now we have to have it looked at again. NOT HAPPY!!!
Barber Honda in Bakersfield may be the worst place to have a car serviced. If you call them they'll say one thing on the phone and something entirely different when you arrive. They always try to upsell. They break things on your car but hold you responsible for finding them. They take way to long. I regret having a warranty because now I'm forced to come to Honda for maintenance/servicing. I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth.

Engine light on called Oak Street dealership they said come on down. Huge difference from gasoline alley group. Oak Street fixed my problem and things other service deptartments left off, or loose. Elias my service rep was the best , the service guys are great. I will take my care only to Oak st. in the future. Very happy with the job done.
I was on my way home from work when I spotted a vehicle I liked. I decided to stop in and check it out. Not before checking the website and finding out what the asking price. I also had a car for trade... I asked for an estimate on the trade and what the asking Price was and I was slapped in the face with a trade offer that would insult anyone with half a brain. Furthermore they told me the asking price for their vehicle was 2000 more than what was advertised on their own website. After feeling insulted "Frank" the sales manager and culprit of these ridiculous sales tactics proved to be a real douche-bag in the way he conducted himself and finally said he would give me a fair offer and offer me the truck at the web asking price. When I told him I had to think about it, I was courteous the whole time, he was real short and couldn't wait to get me out of there. It was as if he knew that he was dealing with an informed shopper. Worst thing is, the car I was thinking about trading in I bought from them a few years back brand new. You would think that dealers would treat past customers or hell at least Mitsubishi customers with a little more respect.
