Been going there for quite a few years...but now have lost me as a customer. Gave me the run around when trying to get door locks fixed on alarm..was told to come back 4 times...and they were guessing what the problem was...I do not recommend !

My son bought me a new radio for my Saturn Vue from Car Audio Pros USA. It was everything I wanted and I was very pleased with it, except I couldn't see what was on the screen unless I leaned 45 degrees to the right and dropped my head down to waist level! The printout was gray against a black background and sunlight caused it to look completely black. The brightness was already at 100%, so I ran it back in to see if Car Audio could do anything about it. The conversation went like this:Me: I can't see the printout on my radio screen you installed last week.Car Audio: Did you adjust the brightness.Me: Yes. Can you change the color, maybe my old eyes can then see what it is saying.CA: Unfortunately not on that model.Me: Can you put a screen over it.CA: Sorry, we don't carry them. We could put in a different radio that can change colors.(Me - thinking: Of course you can and probably charge me a lot more money)Me: No, I like this radio. Can you put a shade over it?CA: Sorry, we don't carry that item.Me: (Sigh) OK, thanks anyway. (I turned and started to walk away)CA: Where are you going. We haven't finished our conversation.Me: (eyebrows lifted questioningly) You said you couldn't do anything for me.CA: No, I said we didn't carry what you asked for. However, I can get my technical person to look at it and see if there is anything we can do.Me dubiously: Okay, will it take long.CA: No, take a seat in our waiting room.I sat, expecting at least a 30 minute wait, but 5 minutes later the salesperson returned.CA: OK, all done. My tech fixed a shade out of hard cardboard and carpeting, which seems to work. Came check it out.Me. still feeling dubious, suspicious and disbelieving followed him out to my car. Well, I was absolutely flabbergasted. It did the trick, looked very professional and there was no charge. In this throwaway society that seems to care for nothing but money, Car Audio Pros were absolutely great. Fantastic!
Great service. They have done work on 3 of my vehicles and wouldn't go anywhere else. Even fixed a huge mess up from another stereo shop free of charge. After that I only go to them.
well I purchased a pioneer double din for my gmc Sierra I had them install also the stereo is nice I like the features a lot but I was disappointed with Anthony the employee that did the labor him and "flaco" another employee that works there also did the install on my truck well long story short my dash was cracked about 3" when I showed up but half way threw the install I took a peek to see the progress and they cracked my dash even more! disappointed that they didn't want to admit they cracked it they tried to fix it but they didn't want to give me a discount for defacing my property so over all the customer service was bad but installation price and product were over all satisfactory next time I'll make sure to ask them to be extra careful with my property
I have had several experiences thru the years and recently with Car Audio Pros - ALL GOOD! They back up their work and have always made time to address whatever issues I wanted to address from install to repairs to questions. It can be intimidating for us females to walk into a stereo shop alone (or any predominantly male shop) but they make it easy - Always kind and professional and down to earth. Plus my system sounds PHENOMENAL - Will always go here!
The guys at Car Audio Pros ROCK. I got royally screwed at Audio Sounds on Brundage Road and these guys repaired the sloppy work, some of it at no charge. Their work is precise and professional. They are courteous and take pride in their work, and I highly recommend this shop.

I really needed my deck installed and I called around everywhere trying to find the best place. Car audio pros offered the best deal and the customer service was awesome. Definitely worth the drive over here.

I got new stereo system from them had it for like 3 months called yesterday to tell them that the deck cracked told me to come in no problem we'll look at it getting there They look at it the guy tells me I'll bring it back tomorrow I'll fix it for you and I'm like how much no charge get there today it's a different guy there he tells me we have to charge you is visible damage yep but I didn't do it sorry customer service take your money somewhere else for this a rip off over there
