I like their servce and rates. I have been parking to them years. I pay less.Excellent service,
Great deal at $340 a month. Easy to work with the owner, Bill. He responded to my tons of questions quickly. The 24 hour valet is cool but I never used it. The only downside is they are only month to month. You will be hard pressed to find a better value for a parking garage in Downtown Boston.
THIS IS A WRONG NUMBER. I don't know how my personal unlisted number got propagated over the internet but I am melting down in wrong number calls. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER.
Let's begin by saying I pay for a monthly parking pass at a hefty $340. As I approached, they temporarily had it closed with a gate but no attendant for at least 45 mins. I watched 3 different vehicles enter through the "exit". Yikes! One would think this would raise a red flag to the woman in the booth. It didn't. Traffic was snarled with cars waiting to get in. Finally a fellow got out his car, walked up the ramp and spoke to the booth attendant. Finally, she opened up the entrance to a garage that was at most only 75% full. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident. Terrible management!
DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Seriously damaged my car. Admitted and tried to weasel out of fixing all damage. Threatened if we went thru our insurance company that they wouldn't pay. I wish I'd read other reviews and before parking here or ANY garage with valets.
These people are FAKE! They are using Bradford Parking's name illegal! Their business name is not Bradford Parking! Bradford Parking is located in Chinatown, and has nothing to do with there people! A law suit is on the way to the property owner to use a brand illegally!
The locations are great and the facility is safe and clean. However... the reason I chose this particular parking garage was because they offered coupons and discounts. Boston parking is so expensive! I figured this would be a much more reasonable way to go. The problem is that the discounts only apply for 5 hours from when you pull in to the garage. If you are there 5 hours and 30 minutes, you lose the discount completely. I used the lot at the Prudential Center yesterday and had a coupon for $22 for weekend parking. We were there just over 5 hours, so the coupon was void. I had to pay $36! I just want to let people know... BE CAREFUL!
