In this age of automation when you cannot get a representative on the telephone it was a pleasure to work with Nyra Guest. She showed understanding for my frustration at having received a high ticket item that needed a "repair" call to the manufacturer after installation. She followed up several times with me and the the manufacture until the issue was resolved. It is because of Nyra that I will continue to shop at Plesser's again. She is knowledgeable, tenacious and reassuring all at the same time. Thanks Nyra for all your help!

So, I called Plesser's today to get some help on ordering a washer and dryer. I dealt with Jennifer O'Brien who works in the phone support department for on-line orders. She was an extremely helpful and an all-around wonderful individual. You see, I called about 10 to 15 minutes before the business closed and at no point did she just try to give me quick answers in order to get me off the phone. Instead, she took her time and provided me with the various models and color options that were currently in stock. After 25 minutes on phone, I was so satisfied and confident with the information she provided that I went ahead and placed my order with her. In a world that has become so self absorbed it was wonderful to speak with a customer service representative that truly seemed to enjoy her job. I wish that all customer service employees were as friendly, attentive, and helpful as her.

I'm living in Los Angeles, Ca and first I wasn't sure if I should place my order to a Co that's based in NY just for the price only but all run smoothly.

I was hesitant about ordering online and my appliences coming from so far away, so I called Plessers. I got the most fantastic service from Gene! He was very helpful and made sure that I was able to get the most rebates possible. The delivery was just as explained, so no problems there either. Nothing was damaged. I haven't installed the new appliences yet, so I can't say that they are in good working order. Jennifer O'Brien, is an internet sales person with Plesser's Iocated in New York. I called in to buy a black 33 inch counter depth french door refrigerator. Jennifer processed my order and further informed me with additioal info concerning delivery of the item. After conversing with my husband, we discovered that the refrigerator would not fit through our door. I immediately called and emailed Jennifer to see if the order could be canceled or put on hold. Jennifer called me back and she soo willingly ordered a 30 inch wide refrigerator in black by Whirlpool in exchange for the original Maytag refrigerator. Jennifer's willingness to make the exchange was soooo appreciated and exemplified her superior customer care traits.

I needed some new kitchen appliances and called and was lucky enough to get Jennifer on the other end. She was so friendly and helpful! The prices were quite a bit lower than everyone else. And I got a rebate! I’m so happy I called!
