I placed an order over the phone for a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Jennifer was extremely helpful and did extra research to ensure that I received all rebates. Delivery was on time and all appliances were in great shape. I would highly recommend Plessers for price and customer service.

Plesser’s appliances shipped dented unit sold as new. Damage (over half inch dent) was located between two units that were shipped strapped together. Boxes also shipped clean, so shipper is not responsible. Opened service ticket online, provided multiple photos and a phone call. offered $20.... for my “new” dented unit.
