This business is both a KFC and a Long John Silver's. I don't normally rate or comment on businesses. But after the last 3 visits I became quite upset when I did not get all of my order. I did not know this until I arrived at my residence over 10 miles away. What is the problem when 3 visits in a row, the order is missing what I paid for. Take note.... I was the only one in the restaurant today, and there was less then 5 customers on the two previous visits. I understand people make mistakes, but is this a problem caused by insufficient training, or are the employees not up to the quality of service any person paying money would expect. I was not willing to drive 15 miles from my home to go back and pick up the missing food. Whether the problem is management, training, or working staff, something needs to change. In the past the problems were few and far between. Now they appear at every visit. There can be no excuse when I'm the only customer in the store. I am not comfortable unloading the bag on the counter that I have just been handed in order to "check" to see all my items are there. Uncomfortable for me and for the employee. I will not bother going back, and it is unlikely my family and friends will return. They too have experienced this same problem. If I visit this company brand again, it will be at one in Fort Worth, or the surrounding suburbs, not the Azle location.

As much as we typically like KFC, I can't tell you how many times we have gone to this location and they havent had chicken to make the sandwiches we were trying to order. Or issues with electricity...we have quit giving them chances.
KFC's Chicken is horrible! I thought the last time I bought it was bad but today it has no flavor and taste like flour and it's always wet. The ONlY reason I stopped is because Popeyes was closed. This fake colonel as well as the recipe has long been gone!

This place has no respect for their employees or their families. Scheduled hours mean nothing. Working school-aged teens way past 10:00 on school nights. Keeping parents and kids from getting adequate sleep for the next day. But DQ doesn't care. Poorly ran and dirty and run down building. This place should be shut down.

My review is a zero ranking. The managers up at the azle location are horrible workers. All but one manager uses illegal drugs . I have gotten the right Intel from the right people. Coming to work high and as well as telling at the employees for doing what they are told. My name is Drew and I was a very loyal and hard working individual up their. Most of the customers liked how I served them. And the managers fired me for a computer mess up. Now I wasn't even told directly to me from a manager I was fired. That is wrong in so many ways..
