Super Cleaners #7

!!!!AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!I dropped off a brand new shirt for cleaning. It was a mustard yellow dress shirt. When I received the item back it was white with streaks of yellow. The label clearly states machine wash cold, do not dry clean, so the shirt should have been laundered, not dry cleaned. The business dry cleaned the shirt and ruined the shirt completely. The sales clerk apologized for ruining the shirt, did not charge me for the dry cleaning and told me they accidently dry cleaned the shirt. I asked to speak to the owner and the clerk told me he would call me later that evening, Instead, a different clerk at a different store called me, lied to me and said they followed the label and did not dry clean the shirt, even though the clerk at the store where I dropped the shirt off said it was dry cleaned, it came in the same bag as other clothes that were dry cleaned and my receipt says dry cleaned. I again asked to speak to the owner to be reimbursed for the shirt they ruined. The owner again did not call me. I made 2 more calls to speak to the owner and he refused to speak to me

I have never had any problems with this dry cleaners. i love the quality of my cloths and the fact that there are never any wrinkles on my cloths when i pick them up. I have been a customer for 9 years and am very pleased with their business. I always recommend super cleaners to friends and family and never once have heard them be unhappy.

After being a customer of this dry cleaners for 6 years I am forced to find another place to take my business. I spend on average $200. per month with super cleaners and in the last 6 months they have ruined 2 of my shirts. The latest was a ralph lauren 80.00 shirt when I took it out of the bag it looked as though someone had spilled a chemical all over the bottom 3 inches of the shirt and the sleeves and then pressed the shirt completely discoloring the sleeve and the bottom portion of the shirt. I was concerned at whether or not Howard the owner would take care of me only because the last brand new shirt they ruined was not replaced and Howard told me to take the shirt back to Dillards for a refund, again denying any reposnibility. Well I just returned from the cleaners this morning and spent 20 minutes arguing with Howard as I listened as best I could to his explanations of why they did not ruin my shirt. I asked if this is anyway to treat a customer who has spent several thousands of dollas at his business over the last 6 years and he said, "I don't care". I had the usual bundle of clothes to be cleaned with me and he said take your clothes somewhere else!



UNBELIEVABLE! What would it have cost Howard to appoligize and give me a 50. credit toward my bill, he even charged me for the cleaning of the shirt.



Now forced to find another Dry cleaners that will take care of me and will appreciate my loyalty as a customer.
