SimonMed Imaging - Avondale

Just terrible! Arrived for my mammogram only to be told they are an hr behind! No phone call I ask? The receptionist claimed he just found out. Really? You are an hr behind, but nobody knew that until I arrived? Nobody could have called to tell me? The lobby is SMALL, uncomfortable and so overcrowded, people were standing. I was asked to wait the hr, but where? Where would I wait when you are crammed in like sardines? Then I am asked to fill out the same 2 pgs of the same paperwork I have filled out for 6 yrs. Nothing has changed, do you not keep records of your patients? Why are you wasting more of my time again? The parking lot is crammed with cars so tight together that I actually got into my one and only accident there a few yrs back. I will NOT be back and would recommend you not even waste your time on this place! Just a joke! Zero stars if I could!
