Consultants Gi Care

My experience with G.I. Care Consultants was a nightmare. Their office environment is unprofessional and staff is difficult to work with. Rather than seeing the G.I. specialist they put me with a nurse practitioner and told me it would be several weeks before I could even have an appointment with Dr. Lam. When I changed to a new G.I. specialist and I need my blood work sent to the new doctor, G.I. Care Consultants was unable to handle this with any professionalism. My new doctor had to request the records from them 3 times and even though I received a message from G.I. Care Consultants saying they had received the request they continued to tell me that they had no records of the request. They wasted so much of my time and did not provide any medical help whatsoever.

Office staff was very helpful and I loved my doc. I have since referred my whole family. I see Dr. Soloman and my husband see's Dr. Lam. They are both wonderful.
