I have a friend that bought a brand new Honda Accord from Earnhardt in April, 2012. She had even paid for an additional warranty. One month later her air conditioning quit working and was blowing hot air. She took it back to Earnhardt and she had a crack in the housing of her evaporator. They claimed that a rock must have jumped up off of the road into her engine compartment and hit her evaporator. They said it was not covered under her warranty. They said she would have to pay them $700 of her own money for them to fix it. Everyone at work told her that this was not right for them to treat her this way. At our suggestion she took the car to a different Honday dealer, Showcase Honda, they told her to drop the car off with them the next morning and they would take a look at it. Within four hours, they had fixed her air conditioning and did not charge her anything for the repair. Where do you want to buy your Honda at? I will not buy anything from Earnhardt because of the way they treated my friend.

It was not my plan to purchase a new vehicle yesterday, however, due to a unfortunate accident (my car burned to the ground) I was forced to buy another vehicle. Car shopping is not usually a fun experience, however I am very pleased to say, that this time it was. The whole experience was better than I could have imagined. From the moment that we walked in, to the moment we signed the papers we were treated with respect, patience, care, and true kindness. We were first greeted by one of the sales managers (Tony?) who directed us to Terry Burns (our sales expert). Terry went above and beyond to take care of us, and created a great experience overall. Terry was very pleasant, professional, and truly cared about the right purchase for us. When it came to the financing we were also treated awesome, and even enjoyed signing the papers (weird huh?!) , I believe his name was Joe. Joey (the owner?) was also amazing. I am excited to say I own a new Honda Civic, and I love my car!!! Thank-you Terry Burns and Honda Team!

Purchasing my new Civic was a great experience!!! All of the staff at Earnhardt Honda were exceptional but a big thanks goes to Elton Edwards! Ask for him if you decided to shop there. We have purchased many cars over the years. This was by far one of the easiest and fastest ever!! Way to go Earnhardt Honda!!! We will buy our next car here.

In all my car buying experiences over the years, there was only one great experience and it happened today at Earnhardt Honda! Over the past couple of weeks, I have been getting prices over the internet from several dealerships and then visited for a test drive and to see if I was compfortable with the organization. In one case the price kept climbing as the salesperson explained the manditory dealer â??optionsâ??. In another I felt the sales person was argumentative and defensive when I asked questions or tried to negotiate. After several emails with Cindy Sigler, I decided to drive out to Earnhardt Honda in Avondale. From the time we walked in the door we were courtesly treated. Cindy was away, but Israel Onofre stepped right in and handled our experience without missing a beat. He was patient and very knowledgable, answering all our questions. When I questioned some of the cost components, Cindy and Kevin Warner patiently resolved all my concerns and I even found an option, that I wanted but had not considered before. All of this in a no hassle, no presure and friendly, friendly, atmosphere. I like the directness and respect for my time. When we got down to finalizing the finances, Marty Callan went the extra mile in helping us find the right solution for our situation. Earnhardt Honda, your great people have earned you a loyal customer!

This was my first time going to Earnhardt Honda and I was very pleased. This was the best experience buying a new vehicle I have ever had. I have less then perfect credit like most these days and I was very nervous about stepping onto the lot and having a sales person not understand my position. Elton Edwards understood my situation and did not judge me. He made me feel comfortable through out the entire process I was expecting to be turned down but had to try. I not only drove off the lot with a brand new SUV but with extras that I was not expecting to qualify for. All the people I dealt with that day was FANTIASTIC!!! Elton, Bill and the finance manager. Thank you all so much!! I would recommend you any day.

Tony Rodgers, and the other staff at Earnhardt, were amazing! I test drove a new car on a Sunday, discussed everything with my husband over the next few days while talking with Tony over the phone, and then we were driving our new car home Wednesday evening. Once we were in to buy, everything ran very smoothly, and they took GREAT care of us! We had our children with us, and Tony made sure they were comfortable as well! I would recommend any and everyone to visit Earnhardt to purchase a new, or used, car! Thank you all so so much!! And an even bigger thank you to Tony!

Iâ??m writing to thank you for your time and effort on Friday afternoon in showing me the Honda CRX and explaining the vehicle so well. I wasnâ??t kidding when I told Leo you deserved a raise! I can honestly say I enjoyed meeting you, and the laid back, no pressure, NO BS, way in which you treated this potential customer.
Your internet quote on the CRX was the lowest of the three I received. I liked the CRV and the dealer made for a deal I could not refuse. Please tell Leo that I enjoyed meeting him and, thanks to you both, I will visit Earnhardt Honda when I am in the market again.
BTW, I came to your dealership on the recommendation of my sister in law who purchased a Honda Accord there. It was her first time purchasing a vehicle on her own as my late brother was, regrettably, in the last stage of lung cancer. She told me the offer she made was accepted and she was treated with respect. There is too little of that in the car business these days as I have so recently found.
Cameron, believe me when I say I have never written a thank you note to a car dealer before.

I want to tell the world about the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. My salesman was Mathew Ranger and he was awesome!. He truly listened to my needs and he wasn't satisfied until I was. I purchased a Honda Civic and I am still smiling a week later. Mathew also took time to show me how to use the blue tooth and Pandora so now I listen to whatever I want to listen to and I am a safer driver because all of my cell phone calls come through the speakers in the car. Oh.....and did I mention I was only there for about an hour and.........he even followed me to drop off my rental car. let me tell you...the next time you want or need a car....Call Matthew Ranger!

I have never been a fan of the car buying process, or most car dealers. I have to say that working with Bill Kopta at Earnhardt Honda in Avondale, AZ is the best, easiest, least hassle car buying process I've ever had. Bill was straight-forward, no haggling, no back and forth or handing me off to another person to ""see what they could work out"", just honest, up-front answers. He returned all my phone calls and emails quickly and provided excellent customer service. The ""out-the-door"" pricing we agreed on is what I paid - no games, hidden fees or problems. What more can you ask for?

Had a fabulous experience buying my new car at Earnhardt Honda. Everyone was great, and made us feel valued and special. It really was easy! Dan Cassidy was our sales person, and he kept us informed and in the loop throughout the whole process. He was honest and worked hard to get us the deal we were happy with. Kevin Warner also deserves mention because he went out of his way to order our car from another state, and followed through every step of the way. Way to go, guys!

We are very happy with our recent trip to Earnhardt Honda. Specifically salesman Tommy Severado and their titles department were exceptional! They helped us title and register our vehicle out-of-state (which is important because we are military). We went in with an ideal situation we wanted to walk out with, and we actually walked out with that EXACT situation. That's rare when it comes to buying a car. We got what we wanted for a trade-in, we got the price we wanted on the new car, and we even got our tint changed to suit our home state's laws. Very positive experience and would do business here again. Ask for Tommy!

We just bought a 2012 Accord EX-L from Art Ocana, Earnhardt Honda's Fleet and Internet Manager. Art is very professional and friendly, not at all the pushy type. We first contacted him via the Intenet then met him face-to-face for a test drive. He quoted us a price that was below any other we had seen on the Internet and that was about $1000 below the Costco Auto Program price another dealer had quoted us for an identically equipped Accord. We bought the Accord the same day as the test drive and picked it up two days later (it could have been ready earlier if we had wanted). Our deal was a little out of the ordinary, which created a paperwork complication or two. There were a couple minor glitches with the paperwork (created by the finance folks, not Art) which Art resolved to our satisfaction immediately after we brought them to his attention. A first rate buying experience.
