        the food is awesome and the staff is fantastic. the hotel is a historical building and in the process of renovation by the students from the college. it also is a dorm for the college kids on one part of the facility. very nice, not terribly modern but very nice!!

        Lovely old architecture

        We usually go to Jacaranda on special occasions such as Christmas when the whole hotel is decorated beautifully. The food is buffet style and is pretty good--not great but the surroundings make up for that. Linen napkins, good service and a gentleman plays the piano during dinner.
