Our Lady of the Wayside, located in Avon, Ohio, provides a range of services to people who have mental disabilities and developmental disabilities. It provides services to the resident communities in Lorain and Cuyahoga counties in Ohio. Its residential services are available 24-hours, seven-days a week. The individuals served by the organization suffer from a variety of developmental disabilities, such as cerebral palsy, mental disorders, behavioral issues and physical disabilities. The staff provides assistance as outlined in an individual service plan that is developed for each individual. The services include assistance with personal care, community activities, meal planning, grocery shopping, medical appointments, and other activities of daily living.
