The Physical Therapists here a...

The Physical Therapists here are highly qualified and fun to work with. Punam Shah and Deepak Savanur have worked with me on different occasions but they have excellent knowledge and helped me recover faster from my back injury and knee pain.

Yvette is the front desk lady who I used to call regarding insurance information or if I wanted to change my appointments. I "graduated" from their Physical Therapy rehab much earlier than anticipated.

I am not a big fan of the people who handle their billing as they have outsourced it but when you I call Yvette, she usually helps me out.

I have recommended this place to my family and friends and all of them have been happy so far.

Great Therapy- Horrible Billing Issues

Physiotherapy Associates doesn't do their own billing, resulting in huge issues with a large number of patients. There is no one to speak in regards to your bill, since they outsource to a company in Turkey. I am battling a collections notice after never receiving a bill. So although my therapy was great, my credit is going to suffer and after several phone calls- no one has been able to resolve it. They tell me to just go ahead and pay it because it's out of their hands at this point. The worst customer service possible.
