I took a sweater coat to be dry cleaned there and they had it done by the end of the day. I liked that they sent me an e-mail to notify me it was ready for pickup. They were supposed to try to stretch it but they forgot to do it so I had to make another trip to drop it off and pick it up. The store had contacted me to tell me they had forgot to stretch it. If I had noticed it when I picked it up, I would have only made one extra trip. The people I talked to on the phone and in the store apologized for forgetting to do it. The clerk who waited on me kept asking me questions to make sure I was pleased with how she stretched the sweater out.The staff was customer service oriented and they were nice.
Horrible experience!! I was charged $6.90 to press a woman's business shirt! At Tuchman's would charged $2. When I told this to the clerk, she called me a liar. And to top it off, the shirt was still wrinkled. Will never go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They owners are very congenial, and they performed above expectations on all cleaning items taken into their business. Could not ask for better service.
That did a poor job starching my shirts and jeans. And charged an arm and a leg.
