Joe did my basement renovation and I could not have asked for a better job done. Being a small business owner I know expectations are sometimes unreasonable so I stress to move on from the "bad" reviews. He truly wants to do well for his clients. Having worked with other contractors I know he is the best person for the job.

i paid him to build a garage, he started the job much later than agreed upon, ordered materials and let them sit in the elements, had his guys use the material and roof showed very wavy due to the warped wood. Had to call state police because a subcontractor was underpaid and he was harassing me for money. After completing job, which was 3 months past agreed upon date, the garage door stopped working, he ignored my calls so I had to pay a door guy to take apart and install correctly. Had a car charger installed and wouldn’t work, electrician tested and said issue was in ground, now paying to dig up wire, which he didn’t install in conduit as should have been. Told me to stop contacting him.

I hired him to pour my garage floor and frame and roof the garage. I had to hire someone else to finish all the jobs. After 3 months of exuces I had found someone to pour the floor. He was 5 months into the job and only had 4 walls built(which he had to rebuild because his first crew built them wrong). when the trusses showed up he wouldn't do anymore work until we signed his new contract with different payment terms. We had to get a lawyer to sue him to get our money back.
