My girlfriend looked at a lot of places and it was really easy for her to find a dress at Davids Bridal research location. Unfortunately it was ruined at a dry cleaners. As soon as she called DB, they scheduled her for an appointment. When we went in Valery, the alterations manager, helped us figure out a solution. She was also helped by Kelee who my gf thought was really helpful. Valere assured my gf that her alterations team was the best and was going to make sure she was happy with her dress. It has been really nice having them help with this very stressful situation. I've never seen the level of customer service they have given us. We are definitely spreading the word that the db research location is the best!

Ok, when I sceduled my appointment with DB I was apprehensive after reading such negative reviews on yelp. My best friend and I went for my appointment today. We were set up with a consultant named Jessie. She was so attentive and helpful!! I could not have asked for a better experience than we had today. Said yes to the perfect dress!!!! And would recommend this location to anyone. Ask for Jessie if possible
I was let down by the customer service. Clearly not understanding of mothers with young children.While going into my first dress shopping experience, should be exciting and fun with my best friend and mother. Well my mother wasn't able to come, so it was just my best friend, my daughter & myself. We tried to prepare as best as we could making sure the baby was fed, napped, and had a fresh diaper. All before leaving, my 11 month old started having a meltdown 5 minutes into the appointment, I tried on 2 dresses, all while trying to help soothe my child. The consultant Amy was sweet, and suggested/asked if we would like to come back at a different time, and I said yes of course, and apologized, while getting dressed to go. Well in the time that I was getting dressed and my best friend was watching the baby, some older woman came up and said something inaudible, when the best friend asked what? The older woman (who worked there) said very loudly, "You need to go! I have other customers!" and pointed her finger to the door. There was one other person in the store, who clearly was just getting the last fitting done, alone mind you... who left one minute after we did. After calling back and asking who this older woman was, whether that be a manager or owner, turns out that she IS the OWNER, and had nothing to say to me, nor tried calling me back. (While Amy - the consultant - stayed completely professional and apologetic.)So that being said, we will not be purchasing from a store, who clearly doesn't see my value as a customer equal to ANY/EVERY OTHER CLIENT, and does not know how to properly handle situations.
Unbelievably rude owner. I could not believe her attitude. I will never shop here again. I'm not sure if they are trying to cheat people by doing the math wrong as they do it all by hand with calculators or they just don't know. I went in to point out that they were off by $40 and she gave me an argument, interrupted me and then stormed off in a huff and this was the OWNER. I don't understand how someone like that can run a business and she, along with her assistants, also has no concept of how to do math. Would highly recommend people go elsewhere there are a lot of options for bridesmaid dresses, I would find another.
My daughter and I recently had the most amazing experience at this store. Her first wedding dress was ordered at a local salon. After waiting 6 months we took to a seamstress to alter neckline and change the design some. (note: don't ever try to redesign a dress!) The dress, with each fitting, became a disaster. One week before her bridal portrait , we walked into David's Bridal to look for a lace jacket, sleeves, or something to try to fix the problem. Sarah, the manager, met us at the door and was so sweet as we explained our dilemma. We looked over and saw a dress they had just received and I told my daughter she should try it on. Molly, the sales associate, was awesome in dealing with us and our emotions at the thought of buying a SECOND wedding dress! The entire staff made our experience an event. The alteration department managed by Leslie, is the best anywhere! Every detail was discussed with Sefika and Dutch. Kim, Juan, and Lai then did the magic in record time. EVERYONE was so professional from the front door to the alteration fittings plus they made us feel so special. After her engagement, we actually had an appointment in New York City at Vera Wang's Bridal House. We know the customer service provided to us at David's Bridal could not have been topped even at Vera Wang's flagship store. Thanks to you all !
