This is an awesome place where the word comes forth in truth and power
Called the church office today and found the staff to be very helpful and warm. In response to werksdesign's comment...If 2 people shook your hand then I would think that's pretty friendly. Some churches hound newcomers to the extent that they want to crawl under the pew and hide.
Anyone in the quick-turn prototyping business, has experienced those last minute "gotcha's". NCA not only alerts us promptly, but researches and offers solutions. They go above and beyond to get our products out the door on time and within budget. I highly recommend the good folks at NCA-Austin.
Seems like a fairly decent close-knit church, although I've only visited once. The sermon was pretty good, although the praise music was ear-splittingly loud. The people (mostly college students) were very friendly and enthusiastic. Some major features of the church are its four on-campus outreach programs, one of which is specifically geared toward international students. Anyone UT students interested in spreading the gospel and studying the Bible with other believers can join these programs.Something worth noting: Although this church is located right behind the infamous University Baptist Church, Hill Country is not affiliated with it. However, they do rent their building from UBC.
