I didn't think it was possible to have poorer internet and customer service than Time Warner Cable or Comcast...until we got Reallinx.Here are the reasons:1) Shotty internet. We never had a reliable stream of internet at our office since we got them. Although Reallinx resells through Time Warner Cable, we rarely had trouble with TWC directly as far as internet connection goes.2) "They don't know WTF they are doing". There were 2 times when the Time Warner representative came out to our office to pick up the old equipment since we moved offices. Unfortunately, there was a mixup in communication between Reallinx and Time Warner, so they ended up taking the working modem, which took our internet down for a day and a half. 3) Billing incompetence. For 3 months from Nov '14 - Jan '15, they overcharged and billed our account an additional $1,400.Stay away from this company, they are complete garbage.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! These guys will rip you off!My business was a customer for over three years and they changed our agreements without our consent, overcharged us by $2,000 AND billed our card without authorization. When we confronted them on the billing changes they charged us anyhow. They will not work anything out with you becuase they do not care (even if you're a perfect customers for years!).
This compny is not worth one star. It is unethical; a two year contract automatically renews to a 5 year. This is highly unethical and not legal as it is a change in conditions without authorization. We have had problems with poor bandwidth for 18 months with not resolution. We have lost a major client because of this problem. If tey call, run.
Telwest started with deceptive pricing quotes to lock you into a long term deal. Then you can expect the phone service to go down once or twice per year. Don't worry, they usually fix it a day or two later. Once they insist it was my phone system. Then you have to pay your phone system guy to show up and prove to them that it is their equipment. Of course we were down for 4 days on that one because they insisted it wasn't their equipment. When you try to get them to pay for the phone guy, they send you to voice mail and don't return the calls. I would highly highly suggest that you never trust your business' phones to this company.
