Today's expierence was the worst. The employee working the front desk was on the phone the whole time conducting a real estate business. The worst part! The hairdresser we got cut, yes, CUT my special needs child head. She did not say sorry and they charged us full price.

I went here for the first time for a facial with Elizabeth. She was very knowledgable about skin, and catered the facial to my skin type. She used Eminence organic products (which I loved). It was very relaxing, and she inspired me to take better care of my skin.
This salon is awesome. Very friendly and personal, always clean and they have great deals. Month to month for $25 per month and I can use any bed. The salon across the way kept ratcheting up the price every time they showed me a different bed, very confusing.\r \r Highly recommended!!!!
I got a haircut done here (men's cut). It was fast (really fast, like under 10 min) and was exactly as I had asked for it to be done. I've been back 2 times since, great each time. Highly recommended.
Would give 0 if I could. Went in to get my daughter's eyebrows waxed and they came out looking like they belonged to two different people, if you can't make the eyebrows match each other dont wax eyebrows!
Don't get your hair done by Jenny Wimberly. She is very unprofessional. I missed my appt because my grandmother died and she texted me saying very unprofessional and that I was a liar. I have never had anyone be so unprofessional and act the way she was acting. She told me to say Hi to my grandmother. I was like wow. I am so glad I did miss my appt if she is acting like this then what could have happened to my hair.
Came here to do my nails and they left Them worst then when I came in the woman didn't even bother to fix Them and she had the worst attitude ever so rude !!! I will not recommend this place to anyone .. No no no !!! ����

Where do I start? I booked the $35 Morgan's Deal special of haircut, haircolor, style etc with Deborah. That should have been my first clue. If it looks like too good a deal to be true - it is! Anyway - walked in and her cublicle was dirty and cluttered beyond belief. And right away she starts telling me that it's going to cost a little bit more than the deal I bought because she wants to add highlights etc (which I did NOT ask for - I wanted just all over color). So ...not wanting to cause a fuss I reluctantly agree but tell her that the top of my hair is almost completely grey and if she puts red on there that spot alone will turn bright red where the rest of my hair will remain dark brown and it will look really strange. But no, she doesn't listen and does her thing regardless. She ALSO takes it upon herself to add color to my eyebrows which I specifically said I DIDN'T want. Color was splashing EVERYWHERE. I don't know if she was drunk or just clumsy but she was dropping everything and color was going everywhere - including my jeans, which are now ruined and on the floor - which at least she wiped up so I didn't step in it! Dye was all over my face and although she scrubbed it hard it didn't come off - so I was forced to walk out of the salon with dye all around my hairline and around my eyebrows. Anyway - two and half hours later as she's starting to cut my hair I notice with horror that the top of my hair is sure enough BRIGHT RED while the rest is dark brown - EXACTLY what I warned her would happen! She insists that once she dries it will "blend" - of course it didn't! I was by this point EXTREMELY upset because she clearly had no idea what the hell she was doing, as I'd warned her this exact thing would happen and I did NOT have time or the patience to sit there for another 2 hours and let her fix this problem!!! She also had NO IDEA how to even style my hair. My hair is naturally curly and any hairdresser knows that you NEVER blow dry naturally curly hair without a diffuser or else it will just turn into frizz - which it of course did. Half way through her styling and increasing upset by her attitude, lies and incompetency I got up and walked out. I rang the manager of the Salon, who was very nice and said he'd call me back with the name of someone who could "fix" it. He did very promptly and told me that the girl was expecting my call. I rang 4 times and twice left voicemail messages that have been unreturned. So at this point my hair is still a complete mess and I'm a VERY unhappy customer. The whole experience was unbelievably traumatic. The color is HORRIBLE, the cut is BAD, Deborah was the most unprofessional hairdresser I've ever come across in my 48 yrs and the style...well I left before that was even finished. I literally could NOT get out of there fast enough and that was two and a half hours of my life I'll never get back and now I have to pay someone else probably to fix it - as the person who was supposed to fix it from the salon never rang me back as promised. Owner rang the other stylist again who has now fixed my hair. It says a lot that he went above and beyond to make me happy and fix someone else's problem. He owns the business but each stylist rents their own cublicle so it's their own business - so really he didn't have to do anything, but he did. Other stylist was Kirsten and she was great but waaaay more than I'll ever be able to afford otherwise...so after this I'm afraid it's back to the box for me.
I like that you can just walk in and not have to make an appointment, its also pretty cool you can make on on your phone. Cant beat the deals they have here and they do a great job
Don't bother coming here. I see why there is never anyone here and why they often have girls standing along the road in 100 degree plus heat with signs trying to drum up business. Instead of going to Cost Cutters I decided to give this place a try since NOBODY was there at the time. I enter and the only stylist there, a young girl, grudgingly heads my way and never bothers to introduce herself. Found out later her name was LuAnn from looking at her license. I needed some fashion advice with my haircut and everything I asked her was like pulling teeth for an answer. I decided to get a simple #1 and the haircut was done properly. However, she had NO personality whatsoever and barely cracked a smile. Part of the haircutting experience is the rapport with your stylist, otherwise you could go a zillion other places for the same or cheaper price. I wanted to apologize for waking her up from daydreaming. I have nothing else to report other than she just quickly clipped me and said "anything else" I said no, paid her and left.
HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE! My daughter's hair look just horrible. When the stylist asked me that "Do you like it". I just look at her after look at my daughter's "BEAUTIFUL HAIR CUT". She know my answer from my eyes. She just say "your daughter have thick hair". I really want to hell at her "SO WHAT". I really want post her name, but I forgot her name and what I can say she is wear the black thick frame glass with little bit of A-Line hairsytle. She looks like Maxican with big voice. She should gone!!
