The owners son is a very RUDE PERSON. Huge turnoff. He treats you like he doesn't need your business.
I and ten other people ate there for lunch. We were their only customers. I they never noticed that there was no silverware on the table for at least 5 of us even after they bought us our order. In addition to having to ask for silverware, I had to ask for napkins, water, a takeout box twice and the check. The food was nothing to write home about and a little bland. The restaurant was clean. I will not eat there again.
Today June 20th, 2015 around 2:30 pm my mother needed help went to go ask for help to Esther an old lady in her 60/70s very short hair light brown she was very rude totally ignored my mother, she just had a short simple question and Esther your employee kept walking ignoring my mother veey angry at this. Pmease speak with her
Ok, so the shop has some cool gifts... but lets talk about the dogs and the staff. The three employees there house their 3 dogs behind the counter. My kids are afraid of dogs and when the older of their 3 dogs cornered one barking at her the employees were less than apologetic. Saying (with my kid in tears mind you) "Oh sweetie he's not going to hurt you." and laughing it off. There was a smell of dog urine in the store where one of the dogs had peed in the corner and it wasn't wiped up until I alerted the staff. When they were alerted of it they proceeded to slap the 16 week puppy and rub his nose in it. I understand this is Austin and it's hip to have a shop dog. But the staff was rude, unprofessional and showed a complete lack of understanding of customer issues. I will be shopping elsewhere purely on the performance of their staff.
I was walking my leashed dog by this business the afternoon of March 14, 2013. We were charged by an off leash GSD mix and I was bitten on the leg. Knowing the dog would be in danger of being put down, I opted not to call ACC. When I reported the bite to the dog business owner, I was called a liar on a public forum. It's frightening that the person at this address is in the petsitting business.
Tomas and Riley cannot be trusted. Absolutely not. They are trying to tell you the history of store began in 2011 but that's a lie. They have gone out of business two times before. They run out on their leases. The last time it was in the middle of the night. They sell you stale dated inventory. They mark up clothing much higher than the legal industry standards. if they think you can afford it they will over charge you knowing you don't look at your receipt. Their sales are a joke. They buy clothes from Last Call and Goodwill, mark them up and sell them as new. The two of them are a joke.
Went to Walmart located at 1030 Norwood Park Blvd Austin, TX 78753 to buy a tire from austomotive because our tire popped on the IH 35 on July 3rd. Husband runs across the access road to get to the wal mart, gets there explains to the MANAGER that my wife and kids are stuck on the side of the highway and that there is a gentlemen in the process of removing the tire to bring it to automotive if they can just put a new tire on the rim. The manager tells him well he better hurry up because were about to close. In the end the gentelmen who volunteered makes it there at 6:55pm with the damaged tire and the manager had the nerve to ask the "EMPLOYEE" can we still change this tire, the employee then asks the manager what time is it he says 6:55 then the employee says "Na we cant". This is the sad part, they couldnt help us by putting on the tire for us by they had enough time to sell us a wrong tire to be used as a doughnut and come to find out, it wat a tire for a tractor. Just imagine if that tire were to fit on there me and my kids would have been in danger because it would have flew off. Your employees rather put a family in danger all for them to get off of work a few minutes early. Bravo Walmart for the worst customer experience! They dont deserve even the one star rating the only reason its on there is because I had to make a selection.
Go for the breakfast tacos!!! The homemade salsa is fantastic, and the tacos are terrific. We love getting these on the weekends, and we live in the Wells Branch area, so it's the perfect location for a Saturday morning grab and go.I haven't been since they remodeled to include the Polvos, but I did visit for dinner one time, and the ambience was lacking in my opinion. They do have a full bar, but I didn't try it out. The food I got was pretty good, but nothing I feel the need to go back for. It's not tex mex, but a south american cuisine.
I went in to buy a TV, bike, and some groceries. I could not get any help at all, the TV's were in the back warehouse, and there was no sales clerk, the bikes were way up high in the ceiling for display, how anyone could see and check them out is beyond me. I went up to the service desk to get some assistance and found the employees indifferent. Walked out and bought the products at Target. It does not surprise me as I have read that Walmart is very hard on their employees. As the management wants to drive off customers, it works, I will never shop there again. Avoid them, there are plenty of other places to shop!
