Exotic chill bar with lots of fire and one of the secret best burgers in Austin!!! Awesome staff, always a pleasure!
I saw a a great band, had great pizza. I was really suprised at the burgers! They make their bread fresh in the store. Bands start early so you can still go out. I also went to a poker tornament and had alot of fun even though I had never played poker. The bar staff is cool, its a fun place…
We ordered our meal and the salad was good until we got to the bottom of the bowl. My wife found what she thought was a piece of tough lettuce. It turned out to be a rubber glove.... Stay Away.
We took my cousin out to eat when she came to town. We decided we would go to Luby's so everyone could get what they want. Well she got an extra something in her food. She found a black hair in her mashed potatoes. Needless to say we couldn't finish our food.
Here's the email chain from me and Adam Baker (owner): Monday, March 14 Good Afternoon - Your restaurant happens to be a family favorite that we frequent at least 3 times a month. However, the experience this past week, March 8, was beyond awful and embarrassing. I had clients come into town…
I loved the decor for one thing! The beer was ice cold, the oysters were great and when the main entree came out I thought I had died and gone to heaven! I did not expect so much from this little restaurant tucked in among the car dealerships. People are missing out!
Reasonable prices, great onion rings, brick oven pizza hot out of a real fire oven, but you have to try the Chicken Basil Pasta. Your taste buds will be crying for more. There is nothing left on my plate. This place is a MUST. Plus, they give you a card that gets you a free meal after a certa…
17. Maudie's Milagro
When I first moved here, I actually ate here (Westlake location) 5 times in one week. The salsa is very good if you can stand some heat. Everything I have ordered was very good with exception to only a 2 star rating on their fish tacos when I tried them. The prices are quite reasonable for bein…
I am so excited we are about to live right across the lake from this place. We had brunch there for the first time Sunday and absolutely loved it. While it's $25/person, they food choices are excellent for a brunch with both a buffet and unlimited ordering off a set menu with several kinds of …
Horrible employers, over work there employees, not to mention the fact that you are not allowed to take at least 15 minute break. I asked the General manager if I can take a break one day and he asked me what the hell was a break. On top of that you cant bring outside food or eat the companies f…
The Gary Bowl will change your life...no really...it will!!\r \r It's not on the menu, but when you step up to order they will know exactly what you're talking about!\r \r The spicy grilled chicken, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, juicy black beans, rice, and wonderful combination of teriyaki sauce …
Get health with daily juice because it is a very healthy place. They have gone, where no restaurant has gone before. This place has changed my life; I can only image this place growing like its product. GIVE IT A TRY
29. Village Inn
[This is regarding the new south Austin location] My wife was familiar with Village Inn from Iowa, where she used to eat semi-regularly. From learning that one was being built near our house, we were getting very excited about getting to eat there. We finally went for breakfast and were very …
This place is great real food, not expensive, & the folks are always super nice.Don't go on Monday's - The're closed.Do Go - The other 6 days a week. My honey pie and I often split something. When I'm by myself I eat the chili relleno. Way good.
Quick, amazing service and even if there does seem to be a lot of people waiting, it goes super fast because of the size of the sheer restaurant (main area, covered patio area, another small building attached).
So freakin' good. They have me spoiled and comparing every taco shop in Austin to their deliciousness. Highly recommend taking a trip to east Austin for some breakfast tacos. It's worth the drive. This place moves tacos like no other. You'll understand why once you take your first bite. I'm in love! Keep making Austin proud.
Juan in a Million is one of those great places you visit on any trip to Austin, especially that breakfast taco. Come in early and you won't have to wait in line or struggle with parking around the neighborhood. For low prices, great Tex-Mex, there is nothing that could go wrong!
Order the horchata, it was the biggest serving I've ever had and one of the better horchatas I've found in the states. The mahacado con huevo is a must, my friend ordered chorizo and it tasted like chorizo, my dish tasted unlike anything I've ever had before. Will definitely comeback!!
Kerby Lane is a great representation of the Austin culture. The ambiance is very homely and hospitable and the seasonal menu's are unbeatable.
Loved my first experience here! I came here with a visiting friend to get some queso with dinner, and it did not disappoint. We both fell in love with the Kerbey Queso - it had just right amount of thickness to it and mixed wonderfully with the guac. It was also served with salsa, and eating the chips with both the queso and salsa together was magic. We both have been dreaming about the queso ever since.
Delicious and cheap food and drink! Highly suggest it. $1 mimosas, does it get better than that? Yes, their chilaquiles are amazing!
Breakfast tacos lived up to all expectations - and served all day, hooray! It's no wonder you see them coming out of the kitchen in droves. Will definitely recommend this to my friends!!
What a disappointment. They were out of two drinks we tried to order, the waitress forgot to place half our food order with the kitchen, and we had to pay 20% gratuity because we had a party of 6. Will never go back, don't recommend you do either.
